Not every smallcap and midcap is risky. Trading in stocks above 1000cr market cap is relatively safe. Just avoid fundamentally weak stocks as they have higher chance of operator activity. Also avoid buzz stocks.
This video assumes enormous importance in the light of Hindenburg disclosures, wherein the Adanis are accused of stock market manipulations through shell companies opened in Mauritius and other tax havens. Well, we still don’t know what is the truth. However, one thing is certain. In the US, such manipulation is considered as a crime punishable by imprisonment. However in India the culprit gets away with minor penalties.

Needless to say that the regulators of financial markets are as complacent and negligent as ever although a " whistle blower" is shouting and ringing the alarming bell. Really sincere investors are exposed to grave financial dangers. Now it appears the union cabinet is deciding to dilute some disclosure norms and decriminalising such actions. This Will definitely help some rouge companies. Please you may release another video after the union budget.🎉
Some questions - 1) Any Mutual Fund house had Urja Global (UG) in its portfolio - I doubt. This is one of the way to check UG is genuine 2) The younger generation has one more disease apart from lavish spending(high end mobile etc) - GREED - let them sink now their money in UG like shares. 3) The legal term of "Buyers beware" does not seem to work with many Indian investors. Therefore more deliberate deception will be practiced - so be it. One is supposed to be alert - if it is ready money it will go easy. 4) The greed combined with quick riches - ideal trap in share market. Ofcourse the media promotes such attitude. Classic example daily trading fever.
Actually , I feel that those burn fingers and money in such companies rarely return and probably losses are treated as fees .....and then those who lost money from such companies return to the market with maturity to invest in say NIFTY or SENSEX companies .Now the problem for these companies is to target gullible new entrants like what is mentioned in this blog .....

It's not just these regulators, every public office in this country behaves the same with a common man. You need to be very influential with contacts to seek any information or response. Most of the doors of executive and judiciary is closed for common man cause they neither have the money or influence to get things done.
I wish to bring to your attention that NSE itself is a corrupt organisation. For example, every time that I try to use their charts, I get the message " you need to upgrade your flash player ". This is after I'm using the latest version.
Great work suchetaji. If indeed this is true, it smacks of utter negligence to say the least on the part of not just SEBI, but the system as a whole. There are laws to stop such manipulations, but they are not being implemented. Unless "accountability" is fixed & the guilty are punished, these things will go on with all impunity & for eternity.
