    Sourabh seem to have studied most of good companies in India in detail. His explanations are very rational. Very informative

      Why people falls into fund managers trap. Its very easy to tell something about a company hindsight when they have done something.
      Don't fall into trapps of fund mangers their main strengths are to sell their products they knew a company just as well as everybody in the market knows about it.

    Why HDFC Bank makes life of its low level employees hell. Getting returns and also blood of the employees. Same for bajaj finance.

    Frankly speaking Bajaj Finance and HDFC executive ditch the customers in name of cross selling. It is all about Targets in these companies.

    HDFC is always praised for its great business and blah blah but on the ground if you check, its very badly managed bank.
    ATMs wont most of the times, employees have no clue about their system, etc etc.
