Now when gold is 50k for 10 g and an ordinary people go to sell this commodity he doesn't get that 50k price for gold. After deducting tax, service charges as additional one would get only 40k for 10 g. India doesn't have any system to address this kind of practical issues.
There are many new entrants to the stock markets during the last few months. They should be warned to stay away from stock market scammers operating from Indore.
Madame, Banks have no official circular about minimum five lakh insurance on your money or anything like that...(it's for one lakh) Only announced by government as they do it always and not comply to the same. Please check it for yourself.
Many people have landed in trouble because of reckless spending on multiplex / cinemas , mobile phones, accessories, online food ( garbage) eating , remaining too callous about eating ( thanks to vadapav, bhel, samosa , egg bhurji , omelette , boiled eggs ) etc. None talks about health until hit like this . Important , key factor ::: Big disposable income is reserved for doctors , nursing homes, life long consumption of medicines etc at an early YOUNG AGE .....
I am sure many would be interested to know what are the not so obvious indicators that reveal the true health of a bank. This is important in view of the FRDI bill
Good advise from Sucheta ji. Also, people unfamiliar with stock markets should avoid dabbling in stocks in prevailing volatile markets. With an uncertain future, it's always best to keep discretionary spending low and avoid unsafe / unfamiliar investment avenues.
Pls have some light on zerodha and upstox online trading company s apps .how far they r safe.how much reliable they r.if possible try to explain what precautions should we take while investing through these apps
Thank you Sucheta for the great work you are doing. Could you please do a video on how to study the balance sheet of a bank or gauge its health and how to know whether a bank is exposed to the stock or derivatives market. This is what may cause future collapses and depositors should be on guard. Thanks

Government launches 7.15% floating rate bonds: Here's all you need to know The government has announced the launch of Floating Rate Savings Bonds, 2020 (Taxable) with an interest rate of 7.15 per cent. The bonds will be available for subscription from July 1, 2020. As per the Reserve Bank of India (RBI) press release, the interest rate on these bonds will be reset every six months, the first reset being on January 01, 2021. There is no option to pay interest on cumulative basis i.e. interest will be payable in every six months instead of having an option to receive it at maturity. These bonds have been launched in lieu of the earlier withdrawn from 7.75% RBI bonds. The 7.75% RBI bonds offered fixed interest rate for the tenure of the bonds. Further, they also offered the option to receive the interest either in cumulative (payable at maturity) and non-cumulative basis (payable every six. Here is a look at the features of the newly launched floating rate bonds, according to the RBI press release. Who can invest in these bonds? Individuals (including Joint Holdings) and Hindu Undivided Families (HUF) are eligible to invest in these bonds. NRIs cannot invest in these bonds. How much can you invest? There will be no maximum limit for investment in the bonds. The minimum investment starts from Rs 1,000 and in multiples of Rs 1,000, thereof. What is the tenure of the bonds? The bonds shall be repayable on the expiration of seven years from the date of issue. Premature redemption shall be allowed for specified categories of senior citizens. This is similar to the earlier withdrawn 7.75% RBI Taxable Bonds. How much is the interest and how will be payable? The interest on the bonds is payable half-yearly on 1st January and 1st July every year. On 1st January 2021, interest shall be payable at 7.15%. The interest rate for next half-year (which is due on July 1, 2021) will reset every six months, the first reset being on January 1, 2021. There is no option to pay interest on cumulative basis. This would mean that once the interest on bonds are due, it will be credited to the investor's bank account at the same time instead of payable at maturity. How will the interest be taxed? Interest received from these bonds will taxed as per the income tax slab applicable to your income. Further, TDS will be applicable on the interest income. How to invest in these bonds? Investment in these bonds will be in the form of cash (up to Rs 20,000)/drafts/cheques or any electronic mode acceptable to the Receiving Office. Applications for the bonds in the form of Bond Ledger Account will be received in the designated branches of HDFC Bank The bonds will be issued only in electronic form and held at the credit of the holder in an account called Bond Ledger Account *Dua Capital 01140453300 01149149778 9811894400* *Dua_financial@**yahoo.com*
Ma’am I have a large amount in different MF schemes. I am not able to monitor them and am thinking to hand over the job to a financial advisor firm. Is this the right decision?
the key is to find the right advisor -- otherwise it is much worse. If you have looked up the list of mutual fund schemes that top performance charts of morning star etc. and choose from there, you could be on the right track on your own. You may want to make the effort. The good performers remain fairly good - stick to those.
Maam the people who badly need this advice won't be able to get the knowledge as you are delivering in English. To make these more useful use Hindi .otherwise your lectures are boon to us. May God bless you.
If one is able to add two plus two public sector company bond is available at 10+% yield maturing next year. I am purchasing quite regularly. As a matter of principle I avoid investment in gold.

weekly once, is it possible to have talk on Forex market. I am not sure Forex market is valid or not in India. if valid, it could be good one expert can give ideas and recommendations.
I think the opposite, when price of gold is less then only invest because the bond is priced per gram basis. When gold prices are high it makes sense to the government to buy from us and then later give it to you when price has gone down. Buy cheap sell high. Better sell the gold in the market.
Thank you madam for you valuable advice.can you also make video on 20k crores of govt anouncement. Is it anyway useful to citizens of India and how effective it is. Also cases are in lacs now share market almost reaching high point. Is it artificial bubble. Is it time to invest in stock market
