  • Hi, a look at how to set up your security system on the internet.
Before this video had finished uploading, the broadband cut off for no reason (BT !! grrr) My WAN IP address changed.
Using the noip.com and unique domain name, my name stays the same, this pc up-dates the ip address.
i.e. mysecurity.ddns.net. Make your own domain name.
    Frozen.ddns.net lol
Mobile Port is 8670 here in UK. Type your IP address and port 8670 to view on Mobile.
The password is the login password of your DVR
I couldn't get my new recorder to work with Microsoft Edge.
You can still open Microsoft Internet Explorer to view the security system.

      Hi,
You can change the name, not the mac address.
You would need to tell the router to assign a static address, find out what it is then set that on the recorder.

I'm trying to get this system connected in my hotel. I can't seem to get pass the network setting. It keeps saying the gateway and ip address' are wrong. Do I need to connect a cord for the internet right in the system from my router? Please help! I've been stuck for weeks. Can't seem to figure it out

You need to log into your local ip address like 192.168.1.???
      What country are you in?
Your system needs to be setup as described in the video.
Set up your camera system to have a dynamic ip address, then log into your router and see what address has been assigned to it etc.

I'm trying to watch cameras using the app in android phone .
    But it's not connecting.
Do I have to enable DHCP only or there's another field to enable?
    Automatic IP address?
The dvr is h264 connected to a router
It was working fine but we had a power outage and now the app in the phone it's not working

The phone app may be looking for the original IP address.
It should all be DHCP with auto ip

You can't recover your password, you must reset it and try again.
You will need the default password that would have been on your instructions.

@@JohnB-2021 Hey I was wondering why my dvr system isnt working. I have a eyemax H 264. I currently have spectrum modem and a netgear router they are hooked together. The camera system itself is connecting to my netgear router. I have set up port fowarding on my end and it works on my local area and local wifi connections. however remotley viewing it is still not working.
Its weird though the public ip address that it lists on checkmyip is not the same one i use to log in with to view my camera system.

Hi, yes when you log in at home, you would use your local address which is not the same as the wider IP address provided by your supplier.
Maybe your port forwarding is not correct.
