- What Is AGS Transmission?
Auto Gear Shift (AGS), also known as a Clutch-less manual, but uses automation to operate the clutch and/or the gear shift mechanism. it’s been around since 1930 and well tested transmission.
Apart from good mileage, you also get very high performance/pick as you have somehow control over gear selection (again with matter of understanding and experience). For more control on gear selection you can use manual mode with simple stick up/down gear shifter.
Advantages of AGS:

2. More Mileage - Due to minimum transmission losses, This gives us better mileage than automatic transmission

in my experience AGS se behtar hai banda manual le le, at least apka control to hota hai na gear shifting pe, ags can shift gears unexpectedly and that can get very inconvenient.

Nice explained bro. I have just adopted wagon r ags. Both having same ags functions, still not drive manually, i need some suggestions if i drive manual transmission can it requires lifting from accelerator for adding gear, or gear can be added while pressing the accelerator.
gear can be added while accelerator is pressed.

Water damage tb hoga agar bhtt deep water drive kerain otherwise aisa koi issue nhi.. engine wash kernay sy damage nhi hota but avoid using high pressure.

I've been using it for a year now. Driven about 15k kilometers. Everything seems to be working fine. No issue no complaints at all.

AoA. .mere pas vxl hai .barish mein roads per pani khraa hota hai .pani koi itna zaida bhi tha but car ne jerk marna shru kar dya. Phir jub pani cross kya race de nuteral kar ke to theek hue .hai kya karna chahiye .baqi sub cars easily cross kar gaye. Kindly reply

There is no clutch pedal Sir.

In AGS there is no pedal to press before changing gears.
Its the accelerator that we tap inorder to change gears.While in manual you can either choose to leave the accelerator or don't leave it.Depends on your driving habit.
