Idk because the mangaka (Kazushi Hagiwara)/manga is still on hiatus for an unspecified reason, I think the best thing that we can do is to always support Lidenfilms and Bastard!! so that mangaka might know that we do want to see more of Bastard!! and give the manga a satisfying ending that we have been waiting for 13 years!

I just want as many seasons as needed to adapt the manga till the current chapter because there is soo much shit going on in this universe and the 2 seasons we got barely scratched the surface. I went on reading the wiki and got blown away. Like 12 winged angels, level 500.000+ demons, whole hierarchies, Dark Schneider and others going places, more magic, more deeper lore on Anthrasax and Dragon Knight and whats the connection to DS, Lars, 10 wise men of Europe, Lucien, etc.
I really hope that Netflix will continue this anime series! It’s really good!
Forget that I hope they just keep asking Coldrain to make theme songs for animes

The anime is a hidden gem to me. So fun to watch and its just nice to see something that doesn’t take itself seriously. 😂
It's been a cult classic in Japan for almost 40 years. It's just totally solid.
I absolutely enjoy this anime. A part of me is glad that they have not given up on this series. The manga itself is fascinating and the art is amazing. Dark Schneider is such a great character, and all the female characters here are fantastic.
Oh, and I have to thank this anime for introducing me to Coldrain; they are now one of my favorite bands.
One of the most enjoyable and entertaining shows I’ve ever seen and I’m glad they continued it! ❤️

Absolutely love how faithful this anime is to the manga, it's truly a high benchmark to achieve for an older manga like this and also like it's updated in some refreshing looking ways. Please do Season 3 and 4, plus however much extra we can get adapted. Btw I'll buy any blu-rays if there's ever plans on releasing them :)

The song sounds like a mix between Kamigami (Record of Ragnarok OP) by Maximum the Hormone because of its screams and Mayday (Fire Force OP2) also by Coldrain because of the upbeating rhythm during the chorus

Honestly I agree with you, but even before this season. I always thought "Yoko" was "Best Girl" out of all the other girls in this anime. Plus Yoko is my favorite character ❤️🔥
@@ElRey2dshe is the other girls kinda annoy me the only ones I like are yoko and Kai because they don’t fall easily for dark schneiders charm. Arshes and the others one do and they just become a bunch of crybabies over him is just annoying
I really enjoyed this season even more so than the first but I'm very intrigued in these characters and I hope we get another season the way it left off

Just finished this season, it was amazing!
While it does adapt the entirety of Hell's Requiem arc (and adds trickles of extra stuff here and there like flashbacks for the Samurai and Sorcerer Shoguns), this arc immediately leads to Crime and Punishment arc, where things get insanely bonkers!
So hoping they're planning a continuation! While the manga has been on hiatus longer than Berserk, we still have enough stuff for like 1-2 more seasons, maybe 3!
I remember seeing an article a while back saying that the author is working with the studio to adapt the entire manga, even telling them how the story will end so they can animate it. Don't know where I read it though, or if it's even true.

I’d think the fact they have Warner Japan doing it (this anime) means they’re entirely in bed with Netflix as a great sign this show will have all the seasons it’s gonna need since they have manga content that can last 3 more seasons. I’d expect a season every year or something like that. Japan still really loves Netflix.

The season 2 is very great as well. I am looking for the next season. I wish Mr. Hagiwara will continue to write /drawn this comic and finish it. I really want to read this full story until I die. I can say this is the most famous comic in my life.

Not gonna lie, reading and watching both the manga and anime at the same time and yet enjoying it so far has inspired me to make a story of Bastard!! of my own based on the Ninja Turtles but this time with 4 Warrior or Battle Beasts and yet the best part is that when I add Yoko and Samurai Vai? they can also be the April and Casey of my own Bastard!! story too lol.
