Another lovely stopper Kate; you have the luck and keen eyes that help you find a different stopper whilst mudlarking. That metal object with the sharp point might be an arm that turns on a mechanical compass/ watch face .Thank you both for braving the weather to kick off Mudmas and showing those beautiful pics of the snow in the countryside.

The lead seal is in fact a Victorian possibly German porcelain dolls eye closing weight both eyelids were wired to the lead weight and when doll was shaken eyes closed, great find
Sweet finds. You should make a shadow bow of a graveyard with all the broken soldiers in. You can even use the mother of pearl disc as a pale full moon in the background. That would be cool. Maybe next Halloween craft?

I watched these first two videos in the wrong order due to late notifications, but mudmas is great 😁 I think the b in ivory is actually a stylised v, but the right hand side of the letter curves inwards... even in the rain and wind, Kate manages to look wonderful! (Sorry, I had to say it again) 😂

I admit when I would rockhound about It was always good to go out on rainy days, because I could see the real colors of the rocks and objects I would find, making searching so much easier!
