I want to take this opportunity to thank you Fleur and Kate for adding so much to my life with the videos you share on both of your channels. When I need a bit of calm, you're there, knowledge? you're there, bucket list finds?, you're there, fun? you're there, great comraderie? you're there! Thank you both most sincerely from the bottom of my heart. There is something incredibly special about the way you present your videos and I just love it! Thank you and God bless! From Ohio, USA
I agree! from Seattle WA
I like your comment,Kate and Fleur somehow deliver, impeccably, every time!
I agree from Kansas!❤
I totally agree from New Brunswick Canada♥♥♥♥♥♥
I agree on Oklahoma where they wind comes sweeping round the plains...
Fleur, your large round object looks like a wooden croquet ball from the late 1800s or early 1900s.
I wondered about croquet or maybe the Jack from carpet boules!
When you find a pipe bowl that is broken in half, couldn't you use them in the doll house as a wall decor with some flowers or vines hanging from it? Or maybe an umbrella holder or broom holder? It's sad to see them left behind when they could have a place in the doll house somewhere...just a suggestion. ❤
Yes they'd make vases wouldn't they or like you said, even umbrella stands n things... would they correlate with any dollshouse scale though?
@@bonnieharris4538 a broken basket pipe stained slightly would go with a doll house, it's about the creativity in a room of the doll house really. Even in the corner of a staircase would look lovely with some wheat sprouting out, or maybe in the garden.
I cant believe you put the wicker basket doll house wall sconce back into the mud!
Hi Fluer and Kate, I have put up a couple of videos of what us Australians do for Mudlarking if you both want to see :)
Thank you for braving the elements for us! I so envy the history you have all around you in the UK.
Hopefully the one who wore the military button made it home safely. Great seeing you two again.
I love all your videos I watch them over and over.
I do as well.
Me too!
Yes I never get tired of them .
The green bubbly looking pottery would make a great turtle!
Keep well kate. Thanks once again for braving the elements. We've had one storm after another this spring. Longing for some sun on my back.
That strange round object looks like a perished ‘sponge ball’ or ‘power ball’ that we used to play with in the 60’s.
You and your mum have the exact same giggle! It’s so lovely ❤
Wow I sure have missed you both!
Burrr such a cold wind blowing.
Maybe of interest to you about early marbles. From an edwardian book recording childhood games and life, a man wrote of his childhood playing marbles.
He said marbles came in three kinds .small ones of plaster or cement which originally were painted brightly, larger ones like those were called 'bobsters' and the most prized were 'gallianis' made of glass with strings of coloured wire running through them. You may know all this already but you do enjoy finding them and thought it may interest you.Lovely bit of larking, thankyou both.
Attach the tiny broken doll face to the big black button and make a mudlark cameo.
That military button is in such good condition! Love that little bubbly bottle, those tiniest of bottles always make me smile... looking forward to the February video!
Always a pleasure to see you both having fun finding treasure, I especially love it when you find dolls heads oh how exciting that must be, take care and keep warm, Gail 💕
Some nice finds enjoyed 🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩💖💖💖💖
Lovely finds ladies.
The blackened sphere looks like a ball.Small rubber like balls used to be made with a ridge like that around it.A lot of the ones I used to have were like that. Before they became hollow like now…Just a thought they were not exceptionally heavy either but were bright colours. Some cool finds,I loved the button and the bottles too 🥰
Nice assortment of finds in great condition ...you got rewarded for braving the weather...loved the button...looking forward to your next video ....Karl from eastern Canada P.S. keep hitting the like button viewers these ladies deserve more likes thanks

Thank you so much for your delightful videos - you two are wonderful as your interests are so genuine and heartfelt
it was worth u braving the cold for some lovely finds. beautiful dolls head & pristine military button. inks are some of my favs. thanx for sharing.
Hi Kate and Fleur. I believe that ball could be a Victorian golf ball.
Kate, I have to say my favorite find was that military button. It's in such amazing condition considering how many decades old it is. My youngest son, Andrew, is in the US Marines, so I love anything about the Marines, whether they're Royal Marines, or United States Marines.
The green bubbly pottery sherd looks like an enormous prunt.
Fleur, the doll's head you found is so pretty. I loved the stoneware blacking bottle as well as the two inks. Lovely finds, ladies! I'm looking forward to the sherd stories. Please give Sunny Cat some nice ear scritches from me. 🐈⬛❤ Love grey cats.
Stay warm, safe and well ladies. Greetings from eastern North Carolina. 😊
The ink well 😍 still on my bucket list for finds. One day 🤞🤞🤞
A beauty of a Royal Marines button there too!!
looking forward to another wonderful adventure w/Kate & Fleur!
You found a doll's head and a leg a sign to keep mudlarking..but we love All the assortment of videos y'all make we really enjoy watching always relaxing fun and knowledgeable❤
Beautiful finds, love your videos, thanks for taking me along on the hunt.
I love your mudlarking/lol!
Excellent to see you two again!! Wonderful finds! Can't wait to see the next one you post! Thanks so much 😊😊😊
Best finds were the stoneware bottle, the ink bottle and the cute little glass bottle Kate found. Thanks for braving that cold weather. Looking forward to the sherd stories in due course.
Does your ink bottle have a tall hook or cane shaped mark on the bottom? I have one that looks very similar with the mark. When I was researching it I found Hooker Ink as an old company.......such a thrill to research the finds!
I love your films and your enthusiasm of the both of you!! ❤❤
So sorry 😞 you are out in the windy cold weather to entertain us. You are both very brave to Mudlark when the weather is so bad. Please keep yourselves safe and well.
Nice little finds especially the little bottles, the ww1 military button, face, leg, and all balls ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️💜
At least when the weather is mean and storms roll in, you can at least guarantee some very interesting finds. Thanks ladies, another great lark. 😊x
The strange ball could be a petrified rubber ball . I have one I found in the dirt.❤😊
That mud looks very challenging, but oh what treasures to be found, thank you for sharing x
I somehow picture you both sitting at home with a huge mug of tea and a bacon butty whenever you do the recaps of your outings ❤❤❤❤
Super finds, maybe the big ball was for mixing paint. ❤❤❤❤
I wonder if the ball with the seam around it could be... a ball? LOL the inside of one specifically, and the seam is there just because they didn't bother cleaning it up, since you wouldn't see it. Fleur makes me laugh with her big clumsy gloves but I can understand how cold it must've been! Fumbly fingers is better than numb fingers... 😆
I miss your Frankenstein creation videos!!! You used to make the coolest stuff!!!
I can't help thinking that the largest round ball looks like an advocado stone
The large ball you found looks like the inner core of a baseball .
I just love that tiny bottle and the pen rest ink. Button is amazing Kate in such good condition great small stoneware too. Stay safe and warm.🍄
Thank you.
I love little glass bottles. I have small collect . My husband broke my favorite!
Isnt that how it always goes? The things you dont like as much never get broken accidentally, and when its something you dislike.....it will be around forever! Lol
I think the mystery ball is literally the center of a ball
Thank you 💛🧡🤎
Could that large round ball be the inside of an early golf ball? It looks similar to the one the Northern Mudlarks found.
Hi . Just to let you both know that The Royal Free Hospital is in Hampstead London.
Looks like an archeological site.
So its another great video i enjoy your videos
Thank you Ladies I enjoy your videos so much.
Great finds this weekend 😁❤ I hope you both had a big cup of hot chocolate when you got home !
Another great lark from my favorite ladies, rather nasty weather however, out you go ! Some lovely treasures for your collection and a fabulously preserved military button 🤩I absolutely love sharing your adventures, you always make my day better ! Thank you and stay safe and healthy, much love and hugs 🥰🥰 xx
Well done!❤😊 ❤❤🇺🇸
You have found some lovely pieces today.
Lovely video ladies.Blooming cold n wet out there.
Hello from Tennessee i so love yalls Mudlarking and the other channel keep them coming .
Hi Rhonda! I’m in Oak Ridge and in love with mudlarking! Actually went in 2012 with my daughter, want to go back sooo bad! Do you follow Nicola White as well?
This a a love video. Loved the glass ink bottle. Beautiful!
My first thought about the ball- like items were perhaps fishing baubles of some sort(?). I’m grasping…🤷♀️
The light round thingy reminds me of a crotal bell…
Really great finds ladies.Bundle up well and take care of yourselves. You all find some interesting things.Wish there was a place like that around here.
Good afternoon from Hudson New York
I like the leaf and the stone ware ink and and and. Thank you ladies. I listened to an interesting video today from history Kate. It was Pontus Pilot's account of Jesus and the crucifixion. It was interesting to hear it from his view point. GOD bless all.
The round object reminds me of the inside of a cricket ball. It used to be made of cork. 🤔
I still think that you are missing out on treasures by not looking under all that seaweed!
Always nice to see a video I look forward to seeing them!!
I love the three bottles. The leaf is lovely. I have a little low brow head similar to the one you found. I am working on a neck and a shoulder plate to make her into a doll.
Saving for your wedding, interesting 🤔
Hi Fleur and Kate, we love your vlogs and finds 😊 your mystery ball could be made of cork and therefore be a old cricket ball. Thanks again
Maybe the sphere, blackened on one edge might be made of cork?
I enjoyed that... I just wish I could have a go on that beach myself!! I hope your weather clears up soon, and you (and Sunny) can enjoy some warm sunshine. Kindest regards to you all, and looking forward to your next video! k
Could the strange ball be a fossilised rubber ball? Maybe? 🤔 Thank you for the vlog, it was lovely. ❤
Flour the round almost black thing you found looks like the walnuts in my front yard when they fall from the tree
Enjoyed your video, looking forward to the ones you were talking about.
Lovely film, thank you. If you mixed your own perfumes, which is something which must be great fun, you can google, you could use some of the tiny bottles for it.
Cut/grind off the acorn
Fleur, did you make the hat that you wore on the hunt? It's beautiful.
Beneath the winter's stormy roar,
Where Gobbie beach meets muddy shore,
Kit & Caboodlers, hearts alight,
Embark on their quest through day and night.
With wind-whipped waves and thunder's boom,
They brave the chill and gathering gloom.
For in the midst of nature's ire,
Lies hidden treasure, bound to inspire.
As the tides of winter lash and churn,
New treasures from the depths they discern.
Eroded banks yield secrets old,
As tales of yore begin to unfold.
With shovels and buckets, they dig with glee,
Unearthing relics lost at sea.
Each find a testament to time,
A fragment of history, sublime.
Beneath the tempest's wild embrace,
They discover beauty in every trace.
For amidst the chaos, treasures gleam,
In the muddy depths of Gobbie's stream.
So join Kit & Caboodlers on their quest,
As they brave the storm's relentless zest.
For in the heart of winter's blast,
Lies the promise of treasures unsurpassed.
Hi from NEW York, Great video. how does all of that neat stuff come to be around the shoreline ?Thanks, Take care.
Thank you!
Great finds!!!❤❤❤ What do you mean when you say 'it just eroded'?
I'm new to your channel, but I already look forward to every video... so interesting and quite relaxing. Thank you for sharing 😊
Welcome to the mudlarking family
I wonder if the ball could be a Victorian Fire Ball? I saw one somewhere recently and it would explain the blackened look.
The button and the ink bottles are lovely! Kate is planning a wedding? 😂
Noo! Kate, why didn’t you take the acorn?
I think the dolls head and the leg was my favorites.
Hello, I can't wait to see what you found for today's video. Also, is Kate the one who loves acorns?
Yes, Kate is the acorn lover!
❤
The ball could be from a game like croquet or a game that's played in Italy called Bocce which is similar to grass bowls we have in the UK.
