- We are Salzburg, Austria. Located in the Eastern Alps, this city is famous as Mozart's birthplace. We are often visiting Salzburg and more walks in this beautiful city are on POPtravel.
This time our walking tour starts at Richterhöhe, offering a broad view of the city's skyline, before we plunge (with a video speed up) into Salzburg's Old Town. This area, called Altstadt, is dense with baroque architecture, narrow streets, and several squares. The Old Town is the main touristic area so we also explore a large part of the Altstadt.
We'll walk past Salzburg Cathedral, the Mozarthaus and many other sights. Although these sights remarkable, we'll also visit less crowded areas, like local shops and side streets.
Our tour concludes at the Mirabell Gardens, a UNESCO World Heritage site. As always on POPtravel we aim for a balanced view of Salzburg, appreciating its beauty and history while also acknowledging less visited areas.

The hills are alive ...
"Walking" bedeutet für mich gemütliches, stressfreies Spazieren durch diese wunderbare Gegend. Die Zeitraffer-Aufnahmen zerstören mir diesen Eindruck. Vielleicht wäre es eine Alternative gewesen, diesen Spaziergang auf mehrere Videos aufzuteilen?
Für mich hat es seinen Zweck jedenfalls erreicht: Bei nächster Gelegenheit werde ich diesen Weg wieder einmal gehen. (Daumen hoch gibt's jedenfalls.)
Danke für den Kommentar und die Meinung. In der Tat sind solche Zeitfraffer in den Videos selten. Ich vermeide zu lange unterinteressante Abschnitte mit etwas joggen. Bisher habe vielleicht 4-5 Mal in 350 Videos die Zeit etwas geschrumpft, wenn etwas zu lange dauerte. Dieses Salzburg Video ist noch nicht veröffentlicht, sodass ich mir überlege, ob ich eine bessere Lösung für die erste 4 Minuten bis zur Stadt finde. Insgesamt schauen sich relativ wenige Leute Spaziergänge in der Natur an. Die sind einfach entspannter in echt.😎Mal sehen, ob es eine andere Lösung gibt

I had to look that up where he lives. Wikipedia says Meidling (12th district). The district of Meidling is a bit off center - though near Schönbrunn maps.app.goo.gl/fJ5vUd11t1MJCHzV8

Copenhagen and nearby Malmö and Lund IN Sweden are indeed on the list. Possibly a short trip will be possible in fall. The whole of Scandinavia also is a missing area that I want to revisit during some summer.
