Knitting Lessons - Circular Needles. Basic Technique

I’m just learning how to knit. I’ve done a lot of research about the needles and more than not they said to learn on circular needles. So my boyfriend bought me a really nice set. I love to crochet and I know I’ll love to knit if I can find someone to learn from on circular needles. Your cast on stitches look the easiest I’ve seen & I’ve watched a LOT of tutorials. Could you slow it down & teach the cast on plus how to hold the yarn. From watching this everything you’ve done looks so much easier. Thanks!

I can’t imagine anyone suggesting you learn to knit on circular needles. This is not a beginner’s guide to knitting per se. It is about learning to use circular needles for people who can already knit.
