The only big TH-cam fisherman that is still humble. Congrats on 5 years with Steph. 99% of the guys on TH-cam make it seem like making videos is a hassle or something they have to do, you on the other hand are different. When I watch your videos I feel like you want us with you, like your enjoying what your doing. Some of the guys don’t come off that way at all anymore and to be honest it makes me kinda sad because I have followed for years.

Second I agree the pandemic has brought new fishermen and women out in droves. I heard one report saying WI sold 100,000 additional fishing licenses in the first part of this year. With all that enthusiasm we may have to change bag limits so our grand kids can enjoy the sport 50 years from now. 2:45. Talking about pan optics as a game changer. I just got an ice fishing transducer and use it on my kayak and it’s a simple marcum m3 but it’s a game changer for me!!
I have the same boat. Love the ride. I think it turns better at high speeds than the skeeter did and also you are going to like it in rough water. When you start to chin walk trim the motor down a little then raise the jack plate up a hair. Then start to trim up lightly again with the motor and drive it. You’ll work it out and get the hang of it... and yes the new 4 stroke pro xs is a V8

Just something I watched on MLF this weekend, the rod strap on the locker cover made it so the lid can be opened without throwing a rod over the side. I thought it was a slick idea, the rods can move out of the way of the lid without going in the drink.
Best googan by far!! I too, am a white bass connoisseur. Most underrated species in the U.S. imo and I've put 80 head in the freezer the last two days. Not bad for a bank angler.

I been runnin a Phoenix for the last 7 years when you start chime walking pull the plate up a lil bit and trim the motor down lil. I found that helped on mine.

Just something I watched on MLF this weekend, the rod strap on the locker cover made it so the lid can be opened without throwing a rod over the side. I thought it was a slick idea, the rods can move out of the way of the lid without going in the drink.
Best googan by far!! I too, am a white bass connoisseur. Most underrated species in the U.S. imo and I've put 80 head in the freezer the last two days. Not bad for a bank angler.

I been runnin a Phoenix for the last 7 years when you start chime walking pull the plate up a lil bit and trim the motor down lil. I found that helped on mine.
