    Thanks for sharing your experience with the cascade link. Makes my decision about ordering this link much easier. But this video would have been much better without this terrible music during riding the trails. Sorry about that…

      Haha thanks! You will love the linkage. I gotta keep myself entertained with those Mandarin pop music 😂

    Thank you for this great info. I have 2023 Rise M-team. Would like to add this link for the added suspension benefits it provides.
    Cascade does not make it for the 23 supposedly because of the shock yoke. Would you happen to know if that is the only difference
    between the two year models. Thank you again, keep up with the good work.

      To my knowledge it is the only difference. Hopefully Cascade and make minor tweaks and come out with one for the new models 👍🏻👍🏻

    What do you think is the better option - cascade link w/ 210x55 shock or original link w/ 216x63 shock with an offset bushing?

      Depends on the trails you ride, if more Enduro DH with jumps and huck-to-flats then 170/160 would be perfect. I went with 160/150 because that's plenty enough for 95% of the landscape I ride. I think I would only use last 20% of fork and shock on the log jump on Shits and rock slab at Ted's.

      @@allshownogolf how do you find the changed geometry? Isn't the reach too short now? And how about the head and seat tube angle slackened? Putting a 160 up front and not rising the back got -1° on both.

      @allshownogolf  ปีที่แล้ว

      @@Cezex Increasing the fork to 160 does make it slacker but I think the change in reach and bottom bracket height is trivial. I honestly can't tell much difference.

      @@Cezex 160 is definitely the max for the fork on this bike but I was able to move my saddle back and it still feels good peddling uphill.

      This option is good mate. Long shocking the bike is not a good idea. I did all this research at the end went for this linkage. All suspension and shock companies warn against it. It causes more issues then it solves. This link is best option i think..

    Are these actually mtbtrails or more hiking / fire roads? Can’t see any features or anything like that.

    • @allshownogolf
      @allshownogolf  ปีที่แล้ว

      The beginning is on the black mountain fire road. BW, Miners, Lilac are trails. Though occasionally you do see hikers on Miners/Lilac

    Bb height ? More pedal strikes ?

    • @allshownogolf
      @allshownogolf  10 หลายเดือนก่อน

      BB height is the same, I'd recommend getting shorter cranks like 155mm or even 150mm for pedal strike avoidance
