I get it he was just showing as an example like get your shit organized and ready the dude wasnt gonna prep the whole line for you but I get where yo coming from too... but this guy gets it tho that's all that matters... on video guy is talking about cutting some.potatoes and putting them in fridge for 2 days so that when it's time to cook it would of saved him time I kid u not the title of the vid was mise en place I'm like omg kill me now
