    Ingredients:
    - 2 Potatoes
    - 2 medium-sized bitter gourds (karela)
    - 1/2 cup gram flour (besan)
    - 1/4 teaspoon turmeric powder
    - 1/4 teaspoon red chili powder
    - 1/4 teaspoon garam masala powder
    - 1/2 teaspoon salt
    - 1/4 teaspoon asafoetida (hing)
    - 2 tablespoons lemon juice
    - 2 tablespoons oil for frying
    - Chopped fresh cilantro for garnish
    Instructions:
    1. Peel and slice the bitter gourds into 1/4-inch thick rounds.
    2. In a bowl, mix together gram flour, turmeric, chili powder, garam masala, salt, and asafoetida.
    3. Add lemon juice to the bowl and mix well.
    4. Add the sliced bitter gourds to the bowl and toss to coat evenly with the gram flour mixture.
    5. Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
    6. Fry the coated bitter gourd slices in batches until golden brown and crispy.
