As someone who has never been big on Southeast Asian food, (ironically as an Ethnic Filipino which is a Southeast Asian background), I'm mega happy I found this channel to help me find an appreciation for a culture I used to not give more of a thought to. I'd love to visit Pakistan for the food one day but I'm more than down to hunt down a few places if I see it in Japan.

@6kai well unfortunately in this society it does matter when racism is so rife. My risk is that if I visit Pakistan now I won't be welcome in India. I can't take that risk as I still have living family members there. So will have to wait until I don't have family left in India. Sad reality of the times we are living in.

Parbat means a mountain or a peak. In the old days, back when there was only one country(Indo-Pak), the rishis or the saints would go there to attain spirituality. Since they would be only in dhoti (cloth which covers only your legs) and some of them would even be completely naked. Hence the name Nanga Parbat.
