I'm not hungry in the morning anyways so i can easily eat my first meal at like 5pm, have a protein shake a few hours later and then another meal and like a bit of chocolate and be good but getting big i gotta eat every 3 hours even when I'm sick of food

yeah but at Olympic level, your body is in top condition so it's rare to have body breakouts. You probably have hormonal imbalances due to your lifestyle but these people, especially the Chinese Olympians, are under STRICT EVERYTHING. Remember, the face and head will show it first. If your body is worse, then either you have a skin condition (like bacterial issue) or hormonal (subdermal)@@PltO

I am with him. I had been bulking for a couple of months, and the weight and strength had gone up. However, I started to feel fat, uncomfortable, and not liking my physique. So, I start cutting to get my weight down and gain a slimmer physique. TBH, I would rather look like Henry Cavill from the "Immortals" than when he stared in "Superman" or "the Witcher."
I feel that sentiment so much... I was a power lifter in HS and college and weighed about 190lbs at 5'8" but was a big as 223 at my biggest.. I was still 10-12% with visible abs.. much like this guy.. but once I hit 35 yo I decided I don't really need to be so big anymore..I still train hard and stay ripped, but I've dropped down to my "natural" body weight or the weight I stay at while training hars and eating what I want without force feeling myself which is about 158s lbs.. it is soo much nicer walking around at this size and weight in so many ways... but I do also miss being big and strong.

However, that doesn't change the fact that if you want to add muscles you need to eat more and you need to put in more quality volume in the gym. It doesn't matter if you're natural or not. Quality of life goes down once you get to a certain size/bodyfat. Ive been 190ish for a couple years now and i sweat a lot more which causes all sorts of other issues that I never had to worry about before.
