Nalen gur is so unique in taste, flavour, and aroma..... and the gandraj lemon is so fragrant..... never tasted something like this until I visited Kolkata.
For the people who don't know, Nolen gur is very different from normal gur. Except sweetness, nothing is similar between nolen gur and normal jaggery. People must try it.
It's very popular in Kolkata and the coconut and nolen gur are my favorite. If you again come Delhi sometime do try Naturals ice cream very very similar and they have multiple outlets throughout the city
Sir please come to North Karnataka there are good hotels surroundings places like Hubli, Dharwad, Belagavi, & Vijayapura. And also South Maharastra Like Kolhapur, Sangli, Satara, Karad, Ahmednagar, Aurangabad, Nashik, & Solapur.
I have tasted this Nolen Gur, warm and directly after being prepared in rural W Bengal. It was amazing. We infact bought it directly, also paid little more than they asked for. It smells wonderful, while being prepared. Saw the whole process. But unfortunately, the actual people who prepare this, aren't paid so well. It was in Nov, 2017.
@@JustMe54328 true, also they collect the tree sap( neera) during the night ( dawn to dusk) when there is no harsh sunlight. Else, it might lead to fermentation of the Neera. By dawn, they stop collecting. That's what they told me.
You can try Apsara ice cream too, especially chikki, modak and guava flavor (similar taste to Pabrai's). And once you are in Vijaya Bank colony outlet, ping me.
I have been enjoying Nolen gur ice cream for the past 5 years since the store was located across the Bangalore, but now their stores are limited post-pandemic. Trust me when I say that Nolen gur ice cream is a heavenly delight for fans
I wish I was there to taste those delicious icreams and in this scorching summer heat what is better to cool down our body than icecream. Thanks for this cooling video Kripal sir 🙏🙏🙏🙏

Yes you are correct. Outsiders in Bengaluru are ignoring and hurting Kannada, Kannadigas and Karnataka. Ofcourse, Kripal Sir is always attempting to converse in Kannada❤👍🏽👌🏾🙏🏻

Try Churn Ice cream, New BEL Road,
Nolen Gur is liquid. How can that add texture or bite to the icecream? May be they added Patali fragments into it.
Your description is so eloquent, my stomach is already filled without even eating it :)

It will be nice if you also tell the price of the items to know if its reasonable.
