2. Give me an example of how you improved safety in your department?
Describe a time you used effective communication techniques as a means to influence others.
2. Tell me about a time you had to communicate the same information to different audiences and
had to vary your style for each.
1. Give an example of a major achievement that required you to hold others accountable for
success.
2. Tell me about a time you were asked to do something you thought was unethical or
against policy, or witnessed a manager or peer doing something unethical or against
company policy. What did you do.

Hi! I have an interview in about 2 weeks and besides the 20-30 mins interview I have to prepare a bit of a presentation of 10 mins (PowerPoint or verbally) about a time when I have initiated or implemented an improvement in a prior workplace. I think it’s important which one I choose as well. If I choose the power point means I’m calculated and organized but means I take some time to solve a problem and if I choose the verbally one it might mean I’m not that interested either and maybe I’m quick in finding solutions. I think I might go with the power point but I’m just stuck. I’ve never heard before an interviewer to ask you of a ppt. What would you recommend ? Thank ! 😁

To this question lol. I always start out by saying "A" Time? Im always looking for ways to improve a process. Everyday I put through my actions the teams actions and the the steps in protocol set forth by the business. Ill always bring forth my findings or suggestions as I have found in the past a consistang open dialog is the best option for both us the employees and the business.
I then go on about the time saved other business money and time and how I quit some jobs because they weren't sufficiently evolving and were only worried about the bottomline and not the over all scope of the business.
I then ask this question. Is the company I am applying for a considerate, caring, open communicative company to work for? Please answer honestly so I don't waste my time.
Lol I feel sorry sometimes for the people that ask me these generic mundane questions.
I like to weed out the terrible companies real fast. If money was my only goal i would be a thief.
A company should be bringing value to its employee just like it's employees should bring value to the company.
