肯德基 KFC炸鸡在家自己做🍗外皮酥脆，满满的鳞片，肉质鲜嫩多汁，做法简单又好吃😋
材料：6瓣蒜、1小片姜、1粒红葱头、6个鸡腿、1茶勺盐、半勺胡椒粉
干面粉：3大勺面粉、1大勺玉米淀粉、少许胡椒粉、半勺泡打粉
湿面糊：1大勺面粉、1大勺牛奶、2个鸡蛋
1）把6瓣蒜、1小片姜、1粒红葱头盅成泥
2）鸡肉加上泥，1茶勺盐、半勺胡椒粉抓均匀腌制2小时以上
3）准备干面粉&湿面糊的材料
4）把鸡肉裹上干面粉，再沾湿面糊，最后再裹一层干面粉即可
5）下锅小火油炸至金黄色捞出，再复炸30秒
6）香喷喷的肯德基炸鸡就好了❤️

Ingredients: 6 cloves of garlic, 1 small piece of ginger, 1 shallot, 6 chicken drumsticks, 1 teaspoon of salt, 1/2 teaspoon of pepper
Dry flour: 3 tablespoons flour, 1 tablespoon cornstarch, a little pepper, 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
Wet batter: 1 tablespoon flour, 1 tablespoon milk, 2 eggs
1) crush 6 cloves of garlic, 1 small piece of ginger and 1 shallot
2) The chicken is mixed with crushed ingredient, 1 teaspoon salt and half a teaspoon pepper and marinate evenly for more than 2 hours
3) Prepare dry flour & wet batter ingredients
4) Coat the chicken with dry flour, then wet the batter, and finally coat with a layer of dry flour.
5) Deep fry over low heat until golden brown, take out, and fry again for 30 seconds
6) The fragrant KFC fried chicken is good ❤️
