Tried this last night and it turned out better than I expected. Only difference is I added a little cayenne pepper for a little kick. The color turned out more tannish than golden brown. Don't know why, but they were still tasty. Also, it was a little more work than expected with setting up and mixing the ingredients and it did take some time pulling out those tendon. You know that white tube like thing. I didn't like seeing them there....lol. I'm weird, but I will make these again.

this is the holy grail of chicken tendies , it literally came out perfect on the first test run, i can imagine the endless possibilities with this as a base and tweaking the seasoning, thank you

I have just done that recipe and I literally went with the recipe. The taste and texture was wonderful, I and my family liked it very much. But I want to remind sth do not touch your fingers to sauce otherwise they cover with flour and the flour gets lumpy.
