Is is possible to change the narrow track system to a wide track. I have the sprocket style on my narrow tx1000 and it has become an impossible task finding the track
It has been an absolute nightmare trying to get in touch with somebody to get this issue resolved with any of our local toro dealers for my machine. The place I bought my machine from sold out to a company that does not carry toro brand products, and they seem to think I’m crazy whenever I request information about this upgrade from one of the other two local dealers.
That's how the 420s tracks come with the sprocket has lasted years

Can you give a cost approximation for parts and labor done at a Toro dealer? Thanks
Do they offer this as a free upgrade for machines under warranty? Mines got 35hrs, all lugs are ruined and tracks have come off twice
Send me the model and serial number and I can see if your machine is eligible.
