Thank-you so much for posting this video showing both day & night. I love the Log Ride! But it is so much prettier at night. Your video makes me want to go to Knott's in the very near future! Great POV video!!!!
God compared to disney this themeing is just abysmal. Bright red exit signs in the middle of a themed ride, the tube that the logs are in looks like it's made of flower pots from home depot, the fake trees looks terrible, the rockwork is unnatural and blocky, the animatronics are creepy at best... I could go on.
This is one of the first or the first flume rides by Arrow development, it deserves its place in history, Arrow built most of the first day rides for Disneyland and Walt Disney world they even build some of the omni movers. The theming by Knotts for a none Disney ride is pretty good. By the way Walt Disney him self loved the ride and took the themed Q back to Disneyland, Knotts was the first to have teamed Qs for people waiting in line.
@@markvera8306 history doesn't matter if it's not good. All arrow coasters are part of history but their still terrible. Just cause something is old does not mean it's good.

I haven't been to Knott's in 40 years and the Log Ride is still awesome. Nice video.

The ride reigns mightily in my memory. I can't wait to experience it again this April after an almost 36-year gap. It's a fantastic ride.
