Seeing him react to Singaporean food like how he reacts to many other delicacy around the world somehow makes me feel proud to be a Singaporean :) Thanks Mark for coming to Singapore!
Mark, enjoy your videos as always! I admire your passion for life and your thirst for new experiences. Keep living large young man! Best wishes to you and Ying.
Awesome video, Mark!! Your passion for what you do always comes across and your positivity is infectious!! Can't wait to see the rest of this series, Big Guy!!! Take care.
Hello Mark and Ying! One of my favorite dishes, you can not go wrong with a good bowl of Bak Chor Mee, or noodle ever. I can eat noodle ore noodle soups every day. As always, a great video. Unfortunately, a bit short. I look forward to each new video. Keep it up !!
Gosh, it looks so delicious. You forgot to mention there were some slices of pork liver in the bowl too. Thank you for posting the video. I love all your video clips.
I absolutely love Bak Chor Mee = Minced Pork Noodles! Great video Mark! The sourness is actually from Chinkiang Black Rice Vinegar which to me is like a stronger more robust version of the western Malt Vinegar. I always douse my noodles with it and spam loads of extra sambal and chilli slices on it.
Awesommy much! It was a surprise to me that u had conquered this as well, because this was also only inside the "Food-Dictionary" of the true locals! :D Yeap, that's my best place for Bak Chor Mee & u were really really really really lucky to have just merely wait for 5 mins! ^^
Hi Ying & Mark, Awesome video as always guys. I don't think I could have resisted that tempting piece of crispy fish skin for as long as you did Mark ! Safe travels. Jim.
My late wife and I had an opportunity to visit Singapore when we were in Hong Kong about 30 years ago and we didn't go. Now, I am kicking myself. Always do the things that you want when your have the chance. Someday is too late.
Even though it's 6$ I know dang sure I will still get it because I've never had anything like that in the US. It looks so mouth-watering and delicious. A very unique dish and worth every ounce of the experience.
That looks really good! I have a suggestion Mark, I really would appreciate it if you write down the recipes for the best dishes that you eat especially Thai dishes. Thank you for everything !
Mark definitely loves his spicy food. If the food has some heat to it, he gives his unique signature move to it - demonstrating how he really digs it. Otherwise its just a vigorous head nod. Mark you need to add more though - just to help us avoid it if its really horrible. Last thing I want to do is buy something I won't enjoy.
This is the type of video I would like to see more ....eat eat eat and eat ...saying that please don't be selfish Mark ...we want to see more of your wife and son 😚
the amount of chili you took and eat is just way beyond what I (who happens to be a fan of hot/spicy food) could take. I can take a good amount of chili but you, Mark, took it to another level! hahahaha Hope to see you at the airport since I work there.
