She is a BEAUTIFUL dog and your grooming is so nice it really accentuates her beauty. You are an excellent groomer and so gentle. She doesn't seem to be even the least bit nervous or afraid. Great job!
What a terrific grooming guide. Thank you for taking the time out to provide such detailed and clear instructions on how to groom every part of a Labradoodle with this type of coat. Keep up the great work!
Sue Pratt, you are the best groomer I have seen for oodle breeds & I wished you lived here in Wollongong NSW Australia. You do an amazing job & you are always reassuring the dog all the way through the groom & have a gentle manner through the whole grooming session.
AKC! Take a look at this gorgeous dog, a perfect specimen perfectly groomed! and tell us... what possible excuse could there be for Doodles not to be 'recognized' by you??!!
That was a great instructional video of grooming I do not see a problem using a 7b underneath this particular breed considered the cut and coat You are a fantastic groomer did a fabulous style also appreciated you mentioned owners need to learn to brush home groom and I’d like to say regularly with any breed of long or shorter coats to stop Matt’s and knots building debris in coat Learn how to brush also brushing over the top layer of coat is not brushing your do and need to also learn how the goats comb is also a must Thankyou what a Groomer you are so relaxed calm beez in Oz🌏🐾💫
I’m picking up my Labradoodle service dog tomorrow and I’ve never had a dog like this before. Watching this tutorial makes me feel like I’ll be able to groom him ( I’m sure the results are going to be hi-larious at first!). Thank you for sharing this, you and Darcie make it look easier than it is.
I am so impressed was your smooth fluid left handed grooming! Our grooming style is very similar but I look super awkward! My hands are doing some crazy shit for the same result! Beautiful groom!
You do a superb grooming job as well as explaining yourself as you go along. You make it look easy but I know that it’s not! I know how much it helps to have a cooperative pet.
What a lovely groomer............so kind and gentle. The best groom I've seen on here. Some great tips too for grooming our little Cockerpoo. Thank you :) xx
I agree with Lee Vi. I wish you could groom my std poodles. You are so genuinely kind and gentle with that baby dog. I'm sick of my dogs being cut and razor burned, I'm trying to learn how to do them myself at home. Thanks for this great vid.
Check out Love of Grooming, she is an excellent groomer, very tender with dogs and from Canada. I would take my poodles to her but I live in Virginia Beach, Va. I've learned a lot from her, I groom my two older poodles (15 and 14) from what I learned on her channel. @@lauriekase8745
Wonderful video --terrific job. A few questions: Are chuckies the same as thinning scissors? The chuckies look bigger than what I purchased. Two years ago I purchased an Andis clipper with a 10 blade only. She mentions 7 blade under tummy and inside legs and by arm pits. Then mentioned 4F blade? How does that translate to what I could use for this clipper I now have? I want my dog to look this good so will watch and re watch again and again.
Hi Janet! I hope I can answer some of your questions so you can make your dog look good :) Chunkers are thinning shears with less teeth and more space between them - they're typically made to take off a lot of hair very quickly and will leave a rougher finish if you don't go over that hair again with thinning shears. The Andis clipper you purchased can be used with a #10, #30 or #40 blade plus clip on combs - what she's using in the video is a short blade with a comb attachment. When she talks about using a #7 and #4F blade she's talking about the full metal blades you can purchase separately that are permanently that length. Clip on combs are used to get a longer length with a clipper since having huge metal blades can be unworkable and dangerous. The higher the number the longer the length of hair it will leave (ie. #4 is longer than a #7) and the "F" stands for "finish" rather than a "regular" blade or skiptooth blade. If you're just looking to groom your dog you can purchase whatever comb attachment that you want for the length on your dog's coat, plus a #7 to do the short spots (the underbelly and armpits like she's doing here). I hope that helps!
Clipper burn happens when the blade gets to hot and touches the dogs skin, or too short of a blade (like a 15 or 30blade) is used to roughly against the skin. I always check my blade often during a groom and if it hurts to touch it against my face I change the blade
Luci the Groomer I've never heard of that either, plus I'm bothered that she's using a #40 with an attachment comb.. a professional should know that a #40 can easily damage the comb.. a #40 should never be used unless it's for surgical reasons or if the dog is severely matted.. 🤔
Nothing, just saying...the two comb she used is the same length as a #3 blade, it would have resulted in less scissoring to use the blade rather than the comb.
She did say it's the same length as a #4F and sometimes it's worth it to have the extra few centimeters of hair available to scissor down. It depends on the cut you're looking for :)
She is a BEAUTIFUL dog and your grooming is so nice it really accentuates her beauty. You are an excellent groomer and so gentle. She doesn't seem to be even the least bit nervous or afraid. Great job!
Awesome. Best groomer and grooming I've ever seen. Thank you. Gorgeous labradoodle. ❤
Beautiful video. I love watching dogs getting groomed. You are very kind to her and soothing. Lovely to see that.
Might be the best video for showing how to trim my labradoodle I’ve seen yet. Thank you!
You are so gentle with her and I like the way you always tell her she's a good girl.

Best Groomer, best cut, best dog. Bravo, great video, very professional and now I understand how to groom my doodle.
Wonderful work; it was a pleasure to watch and listen. Thanks for making an instructional video without distracting background music.
AKC! Take a look at this gorgeous dog, a perfect specimen perfectly groomed! and tell us... what possible excuse could there be for Doodles not to be 'recognized' by you??!!
Easy, doodles are mutts from backyard breeders only breed for money. They cross everything with poodle so banned is the best option

That is a beautiful doodle, I love the hair colors/markings. The groomer is excellent, very good with the pup.
Love this! Lovely dog, Lovely groomer...beautifully executed groom! What a gentle, sweet woman you are and a fabulous groomer!
Love the way you are so gentle with. her I have watched a lot of vidios on the grooming of Laradoodles you are far the best one I have ever seen .

Finally a good cut on a dog. Great ear trim and tail trim
I would do anything to find a groomer as skilled and sweet towards my very sensitive miniature poodle puppy.
That, my friends, is a very good dog. And a good groomer too.
Where is she from-Massachusetts hopefully?
I am so impressed was your smooth fluid left handed grooming! Our grooming style is very similar but I look super awkward! My hands are doing some crazy shit for the same result! Beautiful groom!
i wish you lived near me my doodle would be going to you, fantastic job , you are a first class groomer
You do a superb grooming job as well as explaining yourself as you go along. You make it look easy but I know that it’s not! I know how much it helps to have a cooperative pet.
Good groomer treating her so nicely.
that was excellent. you are so good and so gentle with the dog.
What a wonderful cut and such a beautiful doodle!
She opened her eyes really good
What a lovely groomer............so kind and gentle. The best groom I've seen on here. Some great tips too for grooming our little Cockerpoo. Thank you :) xx
Thank you ! We have exactly the same one one year old Labradoodle ~same color~
An urban camo coat - cool! 😊. I'm really warming to these doodle breeds.
I agree with Lee Vi. I wish you could groom my std poodles. You are so genuinely kind and gentle with that baby dog. I'm sick of my dogs being cut and razor burned, I'm trying to learn how to do them myself at home. Thanks for this great vid.
The anxiety when the scissors started going full blast around the neck!🫠😫😱👍
You did an AMAZING job....I Love it!!!
Beautiful job!! Thank you for all the great tips.
You are the best groomer ever!!!!! Will you come to Canada and do my doodle? 🙏🏻
I am also from Canada and wish we were blessed with such a wonderful groomer as this lovely young lady.
Groomer does a great job but you have to give it to the dog. That dog loves to get groomed. both did a great job. Thank you
Awilda Caberto I bet she’s been groomed by her from the start! It helps when a groomer knows what the dog likes and doesn’t like. 😁
IMHO, All the credit goes to a gentle, skilled groomer. That is how well behaved dogs are made to feel relaxed and develop trust.
I've groomed her since she was 12 weeks old. I love her and she loves me. Still groom her now and she always runs in and jumps on my grooming table x
Very instructional, thank you. Would you please tell me how many teeth your chunker scissors have. And what manufacturer. Thanks
What a good dog.. great groomer too :D
Very nice video. Thanks for sharing.❤
lovely dog lovely cut
Beautiful

Love the dog. Beautiful. Well trained and relaxed. Why never
Use trimmer “up” the dog ?
You are calm and your should stay that way also.
Great video thanks. I have and is clippers which blade would you recommend for the body. Thanks
So pretty!
Thank for the video. I stop going to the groomer because I got tire of my two airedoodles getting cut and getting burned.
I used a groomer for the first time and my Annie got her feet burned. Why?
Clipper burn happens when the blade gets to hot and touches the dogs skin, or too short of a blade (like a 15 or 30blade) is used to roughly against the skin.
I always check my blade often during a groom and if it hurts to touch it against my face I change the blade
You’re an excellent and very ‘kind’ groomer! Have you groomed Gordon Setters to breed standard? If you have I’d love to see a tutorial on that!
thank you so much for this :)
If my dog stood this still I could be an efficient groomer, too. :) But I never aim my scissors toward the eyes, it only takes one slip.
What brand are your thinning scissors? Mine do not work like yours!!!! I need them.
tengo un hermoso Labradoodle, no consigo un buen peluquero, que corte, me recomiendan, corto o largo, con bigotes o sin ellos??.
Nice!
Beauty👍👍
Good dog
What thinners do you use?
Make sure she gets a nice treat after this.
How in the world do you get the dog to be so still?
What size of blade? I missed
Could you leave a link to the shears you used?
Anyone know what type of chunkers she is using? With the black handle..
7 blade
all the times she says good girl e.e
do you know anybody in my area pro groomer san dimas,ca
Who does armpits or a sanitary with a 7? I was always taught that it was dangerous cause it's so easy to catch skin folds in a 7.
A professional...someone who knows how to properly handle a clipper. Many owners do not want a Brazilian on their dogs.
Luci the Groomer I've never heard of that either, plus I'm bothered that she's using a #40 with an attachment comb.. a professional should know that a #40 can easily damage the comb.. a #40 should never be used unless it's for surgical reasons or if the dog is severely matted.. 🤔
We're do you find the trimmers
Good girls😍
Except for her colour she looks like my chanel
7 blade under the arm, ladies and gentlemen. 🤨
Nice job but you could have gotten a much smoother cut with less scissoring with a number 3 blade.
what are you smoking
Nothing, just saying...the two comb she used is the same length as a #3 blade, it would have resulted in less scissoring to use the blade rather than the comb.
She did say it's the same length as a #4F and sometimes it's worth it to have the extra few centimeters of hair available to scissor down. It depends on the cut you're looking for :)
15.55 She is nearly asleep😀😴
Those clippers sound like a chainsaw.
I got my 12 weeks old female Labradoodle pet from garyjamie01 on Instagram.. Current on shots and vaccine, crate trained. Such a lovely pet
I’m sorry but you should never use a seven laid under an armpit very dangerous
why am I here
