I guess A question would be…does the ‘AMP’ arms adapt to HHV’s M-Lok rails?…instead of ARCs?

Not without the use of an adaptor. But it is possible

It was the Lancer Tactical Helmet. For a knock off, its very solid.

Isn't the strobe light pointless these days? In the past, night vision was unaffordable and only our own troops had it. Now anyone can buy cheap chinese clone NVGs, just turn your head a little bit and the person opposite you will recognize your position too?? All in all, thx for your thoughts and videos...

For combat it wouldn't be a good idea to have on for the reasons you pointed out. But for range drills/ training with the guys its useful more as a safety device as it lets you easily see where everyone is at all times.
