Bò Né!!! Went with my wife a few years ago to Vietnam for the first time and her family took me out to some famous place to have this. Needless to say we barely go a few weeks without having it... and I live in Houston! 🤣 Nothing compares to having it in Vietnam but there are few great places here in Houston that know what they are doing. Love your take on it.

And what I love most is that you are fun and real I can listen to you like a podcast while enjoying watching how you cook and coming back to your resources and special occasions like Father's Day Valentine's Day a good first date breakfast meal for your new partner
My dad used to make steak-in-eggs (steak cut into small pieces and scrambled with eggs) on Sunday mornings. He would always grill an extra steak on Saturday evenings.

Thinking your next video should involve another trip to the store. I would love to see Sam interact with the staff and do an impromptu meal based off other customers/ staff suggestions.
The baguette works because of the French influence in Vietnam (there were French bakeries everywhere when I was there), but garlic rice would be nice touch too.
One of my favorites! I had it many, many mornings when I was working briefly in Vietnam. I highly recommended using Vietnamese bread if you can get it. It’s texturally different than French baguettes due to the inclusion of rice flour. It’s crispier on the outside and softer/airier on the inside. It goes soooo well with this breakfast ❤
