Quality thick socks. Cuddl Duds fleece base layers. Electric blankets are nice at night if you have good electric set up. Dewalt shop vac nice for vacuuming ashes..depends on electric.
Whoa seeing those conditions makes me glad I am near the Texas Gulf coast, lol I know plenty of folks have wood stoves in their buses but the idea of a wood stove just freaks me out personally, just one little ember. I agree co2 detector is a must with any combustible heat source, fire extinguisher also I placed the columns and wood work around my windows so it will hold foam board covers over the entire window area, seemed to work with the test versions I cut out. This vid reinforces the idea of having a Diesel heater for heat and water. Besides seeing family for Christmas there’s no reason to winter in northern states. At least I don’t do the winter.
I have a diesel heater in mine, I want a wood stove still just cause it’s such good heat but I do not want to have to bring wood with me I am in northwest bc in Canada it’s about -10 right now but will only get colder lol

I can't stand being cold and I hate the restriction of layers of clothing. I hate winter in general! LoL. If you insulate really well and use a heater with a high BTU rating, it should keep the bus at 70° with no problem
