So in a roundabout way, they made her his daughter once again. In the New 52, they retconned all that complicated nonsense, and just made Batgirl the daughter of James and Barbara Gordon, and the brother of James Gordon Jr. without it being ultra convoluted. I was going to explain this all in the video, but didn’t want to waste 5 minutes on it.

They seem pretty cool tho, I almost took the plunge a couple times and was going to try and read em all, but never pulled the trigger on it. One character I’ve started going through is Conan The Barbarian. At Dark Horse they have a whole 20+ volume run, that covers his entire life story, I’m halfway thru it.

Easily the most enjoyable read I’ve had with a Batman book…even if it’s actually pretty terrible and the plot holes/contradictions make it worse upon reflection. This is the kind of book you can show people who don’t read comics and really hook them with their potential

(SPOILERS) It’s true there is 3 holiday killers. but in no way they did not work together. let’s break it down gilda dent: her motivation was to spend time with her husband. and by that killing off johnny, the irish mob and falcones right hand man. sickening that she would be the first to start this shit show. alberto: after the killings gilda did, the falcone mob was enraged thinking it was the maroni’s. this theory is that alberto may be working with his father carmine. he faked his death to take himself out of the picture. and behind the scenes fooling everyone including his aunt and sister. carmine then gives the hit on his enemies the maroni mob. it’s also why alberto did not kill the riddler, because alberto knew he is working alongside his father carmine, and to give him a warning. harvey: after the maroni’s thinking these killings where from harvey, sal wanted his revenge and gave harvey the acid. he took it further and stole the evidence of previous holiday murders and get back at carmine and vernon. In conclusion, at first gilda, alberto and harvey did not work with each other. but afterwards guilda then realizes that harvey was apart of it due to the evidence stole and later throws to the fire at the end. gilda must and should feel like shit. she started this shit show.

it is Bruce second year as batman. he isn't going to be as prepared as most batman's.
If you ever do a DC story again three stories that would be amazing to see is Kingdom Come, DC The New Frontier, and All-Star Superman.
