- Decided to give this song a proper mix, while combining some of its riffs with each other. Now I can say for sure that I'm 100% satisfied with the result.
I'm sorry if you find this video lacking actual syncs with the gameplay, it was pretty hard for me to get 'em done. World Spear's and Reclaimed Earth's OST was so much easier to sync.

The one thing I love about this soundtrack is that the fans or the creator can mix it how ever they want. That is something I have never seen in a game soundtrack ever

@@John-X it means this track, originally composed by Mick Gordon, has so many interchangeable sections that it’s extremely easy to mix and mash however an individual wants. Basically the way many of the tracks in DOOM 2016 and DOOM Eternal utilize different levels of intensity. It’s extremely noticeable in DOOM Eternal where most levels have ambience, light, heavy and super heavy combat tracks. Especially those composed by Levy and Hulshult. However, when it comes to the Super Gore Nest’s soundtrack, so many different portions of the level’s soundtrack are similar and flow in and out of one-another with ease. This makes it easier for different creators to make this song the way they want to. Kinda a long answer, but yeah

Yeah, with Koma usually the best parts are on the beginning and end, this is violence all along.
the fact that the on screen links show up on the "kar en tuk" precisely is exactly why you need to be recognized, not just for the mixes, but smaller details as well

Holy fuck. I've listened to a lot of DOOM Eternal mixes, usually Koma's, but I have never heard that riff at 5:01 before. You including that part has singlehandedly moved Super Gore Nest higher up the list of my favorite songs in Eternal. Love how you also mimicked Mick Gordon's DOOM 2016 videos (no pun intended), good shit man.
This riff is combined from two separate stems, that's why you have probably never heard it before. Glad you enjoyed it!
@@fatmetro That's interesting to know, it definitely makes for a killer combo when mixed together. The longer, high-pitched droning noises remind me of a chainsaw, as if Doomguy is extra pissed and took his chainsaw out just to make a bigger mess.

Unfortunately, it's been two years since I uploaded this so I can only help you with the last stem. It's called pvp_eol_2_id_316839693, if you use the eternal audio extractor then you should be able to find it relatively easy. I still have it saved on my pc for another upcoming mix, so I guess it's a lucky coincidence that you asked me about it.
Regarding the first stem that you mentioned, I remember that I just took it from the good old Koma's SGN mix. I've personally never heard it in-game so I suppose he in his absolute genius mixed it himself somehow. I'm not fully sure, but as far as I remember, I also never managed to find it in the extracted audio files.

Not soon, I have so little time now that I barely play both eternal and d16. I can only say that next video is on D16, not eternal.

@@goldheartodyssey4486 bullshit demon in-air attack magnetism, bullshit knockback, bullshit marauder attack patterns, bullshit instant aoe attacks, bullshit falters not working. Just a few restrictions I'm usually thinking of before launching Eternal.
@@goldheartodyssey4486 not really, it's just easier to do something creative in 2016 rather than in Eternal. Especially considering you need to use various crutches (i.e. ultrakill / modswap tech) in Eternal just to restore the original swap speed. It's something i can't really get used to

Can someone PLEASE tell me the actual BPM of this song? i have been trying to recreate it and the best i got was 108 because if you search the BPM it will just show the 264 BPM song, so i thought that was it, then i went through all the work of finding a problem and solving it because i thought the drums where half a note forward to everything else for some reason, only to realize the song was probably desinchronized, and it was, so how the hell do i get the BPM of this damn song?
