      How many Molly tanks do you have? What do you feed them? Where do you get yours? Do you breed mostly all Lyretails? I some creamsicles today at PetSmart and I'm liking the variation. The Sailfin is so elegant but he bothers all the ladies WAY too much:-)

    Great video bro! I love that ctenopoma, it’s huge. I haven’t heard of the giant whiptails before, really cool! Just a quick note on the bichirs - the ornate can get to 18-22 inches and can grow quickly! A 125 would be pushing it and may cause stunting and a shorter lifespan. The gold dust can also hit 17-20 inches. The senegal is a good option as they are farm-raised and stay at around 12 inches. Another good choice for a 125 is the delhezi. Love your videos bro, peace! 😁🤗

    Hello! i have a 190g atm and a 100g but the 100g is where i keep my flowerhorn solo atm so pretty much just the 190g i guess anyway! , in the 190g i currently have 3x tiger oscars 4 inches each. 2x bichirs one albino senegal thats about 6-7 inches and one endlicheri about 5 inches. 2x salvini cichlids about 4inches aswell pretty sure they're both females. 1x tire track eel that i recently picked up thats about 14 inches which is definately my biggest fish atm but his not that big / fat yet so. and just 1x ''argonectus longiceps'' pretty much looks like a bala shark but a bit smaller maybe about 8 inches. then one rainbow shark maybe 5 inches and 2x plecos thats both 8 inches ( i know i probaly shouldnt have 2x plecos in 1 tank but my flowerhorn did pick on one of them probaly gonna try putting the other pleco in with him soon ) anyway! im thinking of getting 1-2 delhezi bichirs AND 2-3 ropefishes for that tank and maybe in about 6 months put the 3x oscars by them selfs in a 125gallon ish tank. what are ur thoughts about this any ''do's'' or donts ? and should i wait with adding more ? might be a bit greedy of my but atm most of my fishes are still kidna small so maybe not ? :o ( Obviously the tank is doing fine atm meaning there is no real bullies or anything in there otherwise i would deal with that first ) :D

      Hey, sounds like you have quite the mix! How about adding either more tetra or zebra, both are social fish that depend on large schools so adding more will make them feel more comfortable in the tank. Awesome as always, I have African cichlids in a 125 with only a Buttikoferi and a labichromis I went to add a great looking black diamond cichlid, the Buttikoferi is about the size of your hand, about 6 years old or so. Day later the black diamond cichlid was dead, I was already looking to rehome my Buttikoferi cause I want to get a few frontosa. Input an add on my local aquarium club, less than 5 minutes someone wanted it. They told me they are not allowed to come in NY anymore, not sure why. Anyway I have a ,edium sized labichromis looking to add more, any suggestions, thanks

    • @dwsdarius
      @dwsdarius  4 ปีที่แล้ว

      Yes the black diamond was a bigger threat to the buttikoferi then those labs were so that's probably why he was targeted. The Labichromis is a mbuna species and there are hundreds more that have a lot of colors that can get along fine. Is the buttikoferi still in the tank though? If so he probably won't let you add fish bigger than maybe 6" or so

    • @sflagg0817
      @sflagg0817 4 ปีที่แล้ว

      @@dwsdarius thanks for your time to respond to my comments , no the Buttikoferi is out, I put an add on my local aquarium club, it took less than 5 minutes I believe for someone who wanted him. They drove maybe 35 plus miles. I was told that we can't get them here in western NY anymore. Since he is out I added a eye bitter, and 2 maylandia lombardoi. The eye bitter has nice coloring and at 10.99 at my local store I thought it was a good price. Again thank you for your time. I do have a good amount of red lava rock and some other hiding places like mylasian drift wood. Take care

The loaches and tiger barbs can work, and if you can find an alternative to the bala shark that gets 6-7"...that could work (some larger barbs could fit that category like filament barbs or torpedo barbs)...also they are just as active
