I was working with Bang & Olufsen on the software for the audio system (don't ask me why one needs an audio system when you have a naturally aspirated V12.) We measured and compensated wind and engine noise up to 340km/h. It's a 1500W, 12 speaker system that many home setups would be jealous of.
@@RemcoStoutjesdijk wow, what an opportunity that must have been! I didn't have a chance to listen to the audio system during my time filming the car, but the speakers looked very beautiful. What a small world that you found my video of this car all these years after you tested it
Very awesome review and retrospective on this NOW Aston One-78! Shout out to "Art VanDelay" (of Seinfeld Fame) for letting you and the rest of the world have the opportunity to see this one-off Gem in action! BTW - great visuals on the recording
I traded it for a Buick Roadmaster wagon. The Isuzu is still local to me and I see it around town covered in mud sometimes. So the new owner is getting a lot of good use out of it! Expect a video of the roadmaster at some point
@@HighMileageReviews Hahaha ..well I can appreciate the humour. But in that case, you can then say the same for pretty much EVERY motor manufacturer in the World, because it will apply to all.😁
What's the highest mileage supercar you've ever seen? Let me know below!
In october 2012, it had 25566 km on the odometer. We added about 500 during our development work.
So you were involved in the testing of this car? That's awesome! What kind of tests did you do when you had it?

Really great production. Really cool that you were able to see and record this vehicle.
Thank you, Sean! I hope I did the car justice. It's really quite special
Unbelievable production quality for a stunning vehicle. Always look forward to these videos my man. Can't wait for the next one!
Thanks, stranger!

Thank you! It really was the opportunity of a lifetime. A real privilege to see and film
Great Video! I love your humor!
Thanks! I try to keep everyone on their toes
Mat Armstrong would've fixed this for a 50 quid
You're probably right! 😂
Gotta be up there as one of the prettiest Astons of all time! Stunning
Totes
How’s the Isuzu doing? Any updates?

Actually, it's not the 78th "177 aston martin" ..unfortunately, one of them was destroyed in an accident in China, so this one makes 77
Well as far as production numbers go, it was the 78th to be registered. Whether or not there are still 78 in existence is a different story
Ture, but it makes it that little bit rarer with only being only 77 survived examples in the whole world.
Was slightly disappointed until all the broken crap. Then, I knew this almost belonged on here.
Not the usual car you'd find on my channel, but I can't pass up a good story! And British cars be British
"A British car's natural instinct to fall apart at any given moment"
I can forgive the juvenile soundbite -- but You're joking, right??
Yes it was a joke... doesn't mean it's not true though

What a plate, IF You Know You Know 😂
The owner is known for his many custom plates
Incredibly made video and car
I appreciate it! Now if only my video would get a view for every dollar that car is worth...
Some car!!! Looks like its made of plastic though with that paint job
Well it's a vinyl wrap, so in a way, it actually is covered entirely in plastic
