I like all your shows , you have a big brain, and very funny man
I'm from Italy and my biggest dream is to pursue the American dream. I'm learning a lot of good and bad things about the country but I still wanna live there.
We don’t have to file income tax.. The 1040 form where your signature is required is only for DISTRICT OF Columbia residence and government workers. This does not apply to other states in the nation.
Fun fact:
It is estimated that only 1 in 3 birthright American citizens would pass the citizenship test if it was administered to them.
The American education system! 👌
Mike woke up and chose violence when he said “play football, the real kind”😂
2:31 Donald Trump wants to ban this.
Why?
For the illegal aliens
Only for people who are born to illegal immigrants@@AirlinkTrainsAndAviation_PACQ
That Potato wants to Ban everything.
He wants to Remove citizenship for any US Citizens born from Immigrant Parents
3:19 AND HE DID IT WITH NO FEATURES
man i was not expecting J Cole on here lmao
I will say it's kinda insulting to just say "the best way to become a citizen is the legal way" without adding the context of the insanely long waitlists of many countries. For many, there is no legal way, even as asylum seekers. Otherwise, good video :)
Marriage always works - even if it takes a while - but love goes where its sent I guess.
@@radagast25aif you're patient. Many couples get tired of each other
Mr. Mike, I am following you from Iraq. Thank you for putting the old currency of Iraq, which is under the X on the right 1:40 , but it is considered very old.
Thanks I am an Indian , looking forward to finishing up school here then going to US for college then hopefully gettin a permanent citizenship
Not that easy, friend. Once you're graduate, you have about 2 weeks until your student visa expires. Yes, the government knows this. Yes, they will hunt you and deport you.
Not an easy path. Trust me. Especially through the college route.
Hard man and remember don't do engineering and be legal thinking you gonna get easy pr illegally rather u will fuck up and be dafamed
Great plain language video! Breaking it down to basics is always refreshing!
There is freedom of speech in America as long as you say what they will let you say
Oye Lawbymike, tu tip? funcionó a la perfección
7:57 as far as i know you can't join the military without green card
It used to not be like this but I believe sometime around 2018 or something like that, they changed the rules. My aunt served 15 years in the army, Air Force, and navy in the 90’s and that’s how she got her citizenship
Hello mike , you always seem professional. Why not show your everyday life . The real you. 💯
I actually wonder how many citizens
can pass the test
they should spontaneously summon you to take a civics test and if you fail twice in a row you get your citizenship revoked and become stateless and deported to canada or something.
This informative video shows while i’m sitting in the toilet bowl, that was nice 😊🤣
why am i watching this when i was born holding a machine gun.
Lucky you
I’m proud to be American
Very excellent video and it is very useful to me since I am just about to start the Naturalization process so wish me luck
18 years is the average length of time it takes to legally get your papers
That depends. If you marry an American its much less. If you are afianceed to an American you can come in on a fiance visa.
@@radagast25a so again it take ON AVERAGE 18 years
@@startsomewhere5467average way is marriage
@@startsomewhere5467 not all methods are equal though, some will get you in really fast and some will take forever, so maybe on average 18 years but some people will wait only months and some will wait for 30 years just depending on what method they are using for entry to the US
@@startsomewhere5467that’s a long time. What factors are considering? I’m a student in Wisconsin and my goal in the next 6 years is to get a green card. Obviously i have to finish my studies first but I heard as long as I’m sponsored by a company then the path is only a matter of time.
Thanks for these tips.
Hi, great content. Just had a correction on the "acquisition" way to citizenship. Both parents do not have to be US citizens as long as one of the parents has lived in the US for a total of 5 years (three years before the age of 16 and two years after the age of 16) prior to the child's birth.
Keep up the amazing work!
Im planning to move to America from canada, pretty useful video.
Dude I had jury duty emediatly after graduating high school and fell asleep in the middle of court
I wrote a comment on LEO Round Table complaining about the way the police will lie about the reason for being pulled over, and then change their story to try and search a vehicle. This was Chip De Block's response - "You're under the misguided impression that police should not or cannot change their story, exaggerate or even lie to do their jobs. Reading the part where you believe law enforcement should not pull someone over unless they have committed a crime made me smile because it SEALED THE DEAL on how much you do not know or understand."
I would love to live in the U.S, but since I'm from Germany, I could never live somewhere, without free healthcare, education and fair unemployment benefits.
Maybe snow mexico, I mean Canada 😅
why would you want to live in the US if you already live in a place like Germany? Just curious
@@Tatusiek_1 I know somebody moving from Germany to the US because of the higher pay. He makes around 80k USD in Germany but could be making 200k USD in the US. Also heard of many people from other European countries and Canada doing this, most common professions moving for higher pay seem to be people working in healthcare and people working in software and IT.
@@Tatusiek_1the economy can be one of the biggest reasons.
just a heads up, renouncing us citizenship is surprisingly hard and costly. my friend who is going through the process says that there is a 2350 USD fee, and that doesn't include the IRS making you clear any and all tax debts. I would suggest holding a green card if you aren't sure, gives you all the rights and priviliges except voting and be voted for. Honestly, do you want to vote for one of two old guys who really suck at running a country? Also ask Snowden, citizenship can be revoked.
BREATH THAT AMERICAN AIR 🦅🇺🇸🔥🔥🔥🇺🇸🇺🇸🔥❗️🦅❗️🔥🔥🗣❗️🗣🦅
Hell yeah!! The real kind of football with an egg and using almost exclusively your hands 😂😂😂
I’m faster than the law!
I love how you can legally buy a machine gun but not a bald eagle 😂😂😂
So am I cooked?
I am cooked, I physically can't marry. guess I'll goPro in canada instead
The third day of 7th grade my civics teacher asked of 75 questions from the naturalization test.. ya boy got 73 right
America f YEAH
(Why me saying it? I'm German?!)
This is very helpful for beginners especially filipinos like me who have planning to travel to United States.
For tourism?? Please do come and spend your money here. To immigrate, what i've heard, you may reach getting a Green Card after hurdles after hurdles. Almost a waste of time. On purpose too. They are people who totally deserve to stay indefinitely. But that is not the case.
Just walk in from the southern border 😂 then you can live in New York
Thank you for making this informative video ❤
Me who is American but watching this anyways 😂
bro what you have
people spend thier entire life savings for it😢
Mike.. Keep educating us. You are a beast!
1. own a gun
2. have a house
3. get an American flag
4.eat burgers from McDonald’s
How about no?
Just walk through the border Simple😂
Soo many illegal immigrants do the same,You don't even have to worry for taxes 🙃
The government will even pay for hotels.
local police and border patrol won't let you get 1 mile away from the border
My ex husband was born in the United States, was brought to Canada as a baby. He has dual citizenship. When he was a teenager and in his early 20's he lived and worked in the US. He has been back in Canada since 1990 give or take. He has never filed a US tax return. Was he supposed to?
Mike calling me a Buster was an otherworldly experience
