    Charles Glass is the best fitness educator I've ever come across on TH-cam. I'm not close to where I want to be but I'm seeing gains that I've never seen before & don't feel like I'm messing myself up or cheating myself because I'm not using proper technique.

    I usually start with the upper now, ive realized that starting with the hard to build parts is better than with the soft muscles. Middle part is easier to build.

      I start with incline because of Dorian Yates he hit incline and decline no flat bench he was right you can hit the middle steal buy lowering the angle and like he said the upper chest needs to pop when you got a shirt on you want to see that v cut at the top alot of people don't focus on incline because they are weaker but my incline was stronger then my flat bench when I would do a one rep PR I could push more doing incline

    This is the best chest workout if you want quick result, i have tried all pushup variation, this one work for real. Just try it for 4 weeks and u will see. 5 sets of 12 reps every 2 days. God bless u Charles

    The guy with blue shirt have a nice mind and muscle connection. I mean, look at his pec while he push the weight, his pec muscle were contracted. He will gain muslce fast for sure.

    Start with incline anyway you feel it best, or cable flys angled up and down to hit the whole chest. That’s what feels amazing to open the chest with.
