CFAM 352 - UPDATED - Feb 2024

APSRC’s Director of School Support guides you through the Budget Planning and Import process using CFAM 352 and the APSRC Budget Import Formatter (aka Flux Capacitor).
This is the worksheet you will want to use when planning your district’s budget for the new school year. Let’s assume you are budgeting for FY22. Set the Select Year parameter to 21. This tells the worksheet to calculate the expenditures for FY19 (Expenses for 2 Years Prior to Selected Year), FY20 (Expenses for 1 Year Prior to Selected Year) and FY21 (Expenses for Selected Year). The budget for FY21 will be displayed in the last column (Expense Budget for Selected Year). Use the filters as necessary to limit the budget units to those for which you wish to enter a budget.
Once the Select Year parameter and remaining filters are set the way you want, this worksheet should be downloaded. To do this, click “Download” (found in the upper right-hand area of the screen) and select Crosstab. Select .CSV then click the “Download” button. Download a copy of the Flux Capacitor to auto format your download and edits for eFinance import.
