CFAM 011-014 - Financial Overview

011 - Expenditure Overview:
Provides a quick, high-level summary view of expenditures and factors that affect expenditures in a selected district. The displayed information contains the current fiscal year along with the four previous years. This is a good way to see expenditure trends that affect the financial health of a district.
012 - Revenue Overview:
Displays several line charts that break down revenues into the various sources. Trends are easy to spot. A pie chart provides detailed information of a selected year. This information can be displayed for any district you select.
013 - Statewide Funding & Expenditure Overview:
This dashboard provides a statewide listing of the total revenue along with the 9 high-level expenditure categories for traditional or public charter schools. The chart can be sorted by any column. The fiscal year can be selected - current year to four years previous.
014 - Foundation vs 1000 & 2000 Overview:
This dashboard compares foundational funding sources with 1000 & 2000 (matrix) expenditures to arrive at a Net Funding total. This information may be displayed for any selected traditional or public charter school district. The charts show current fiscal year and the past four years.
