I own this watch, bought it in Iran in 1978. Still in perfect running condition. Now I can do a little research and hopefully find out what what she is worth.

Not disagreeing but he is worried about what makes money fast. Not what is class or taste
Adrian is worried about turn time.
He definitely knows alot about independent watch makers and knows everything and anything about every watch thats out there but he's a business man and has a business mind set. With having a business you need daily cash flow and an item from an independent watch maker is going to sit on the shelf for 6 months compared to a rolex that can be sold within a day it's all about supply and demand

She told me she noticed that I had a nice watch, but not knowing a lot about watches, she assumed it cost hundreds of dollars, not thousands. That's just fine with me. And I did ask her if she would have made any assumptions about me if the watch said "ROLEX" on it. She said yes. I'd rather my personality make the impression, not my watch. Am I considering buying a Rolex? Yes, but also kind of no. I struggle with that for the reason in this comment.
Stealth is the way, I’d rather be wearing a 30 grand parmigiana Flurier watch and have people think it’s some 600$ watch then be the guy who sticks out like a sore thumb with a Rolex. Non watch people seem to cringe when you tell them about a watch that’s not Rolex, they seem to have this notion of “why even bother buying a 10 grand watch if it’s not a Rolex” 😂😂😂. You tell me to take a submariner or a GS, I’m taking the GS all day. Screw resale value , screw the hype , screw impressing people we don’t like. Do it for the passion of the hobby.

It's one thing to be left with this crew of personality-free sales people. It's another to put them on camera and present them as watch experts when they clearly are not. The fact you couldn't hang on to Marco speaks volumes about the state of Luxury Bazaar. Maybe you'll continue to buy and sell watches at a similar clip. But your social media content has taken a huge hit. Shout out to Peter as well. Luxury Bazaar seems to be a company in a death spiral, as many in the watch community have recently noted.
