Also mentioning about how watches are down in market bs. I'm tellin you don't trust or deal with these phonies.
Dave had life threatening health issues and the stresses of live at LB would have done him no favours in the long run. As I understand it, Peter left of his own accord because he wanted a larger salary to reflect the fact he was an authenticator/watch maker as well as a salesman. Sabina, Chris and Nick came from different backgrounds and never came across as killer salespeople. None of these departure means there is no room for additions in sales. All business can only grow through the efforts of their sales staff. The difficult part is getting the right people for the unique LB culture.

Both him and Nick seemed to focus on the lower end brands like Tudor and Omega, whereas Kevin for example, is happy to try and sell high end Rolexes, APs and RMs despite his relative inexperience. Much higher margin on the higher end pieces. It seems harsh but its a numbers game at the end of the day, especially in a depressed market.
I understand times are tough and people will be fired. My thing is the channel is transparent on almost everything else but not even a thank you for you service to LB , we can still work together, you can always use our inventory to buy wholesale etc.

A 23 year old with Marco's freakish watch knowledge is very rare, if not unique. It has proven to be a huge asset to LB as his sales numbers testify. Knowledge is essentially free and his co workers can also educate themselves if they so wish. Not sure formal sales training would be beneficial to the team at this point, but if they did decide to go down that route the first thing they would be taught is to know everything about the product you are selling. That's exactly what Marco has done and why he will continue to be successful in this industry.

He doesn't do jewelry or anything custom. Just a glorified salesperson. Time to pivot for them
