This was a great video! Concise, and to the point. So many people overlook the importance of showstopping creative and ad copy, and rely too heavily on targeting. Many times the problem isn't in the audience, but the creative or offer. It can be a tough pill to swallow, but sometimes the product simply doesn't offer a good value for what you're asking for. Dynamic creative can be a great way to test different variations if you're stuck on what media or text options to use!

when you made the custom audiences for 3, 14 and 28 days for product pages... do those target people who visited your product page (i.e. facebook page) or just visited product pages in general. just because if you go for the conversion campaign strategy out of the gate you wont have any visits to a new product page. also wanted to ask the same question about 3, 14, and 28 days for cart... do those target people who made it to the cart on any product page? i like the idea of starting a retargeting campaign out of the gate. great content!

Hi, I've created an ad page previously, and it loaded fine and was published, however recently when trying to publish an ad, an error comes up that I cant seem to get rid of. Its with regards to the Facebook Groups Feed, and it tells you "To deliver to Facebook Groups Feed, change the media for this placement to an image" However it doesn't let you change or delete this so that it can be published. Have you ever come across this issue before?
Hi, Facebook says that they will be bill monthly for ads. Question: If I want to stop an ad and no longer be billed monthly for it, how do I prevent FB from charging my payment source? I want to stop being billed for the ad but would prefer not to completely delete it. How is this done?

Nope! Your cost is not impacted by the type of media you choose, rather it's determined by how competitive your audience is. CPM often shoots up when you're running ads to a group of people in an industry where other advertisers have huge daily budgets (solar is good example), thus driving costs up in a more competitive auction. The other reason to consider is that your ads may not be relevant to the people you show them to, in which case Facebook will show your ads less and also charge you more to deliver your ads. Case in point, make sure you are running quality ads to prevent this from happening! :)

Doesn't Shopify cost money each month though? So using the pixel, you have to pay for thru shopify right?? Im don't need to have shopify for my business (we are trying to run Ads for my husband Life Insurance Sales) so, we dont need any online sales apps for transactions. Is there a way to do the pixel without a monthly fee??
my daughter came to me earlier today informing me her facebook account been hacked with tears in her eyes, i felt so sad for her, but then again she never stopped looking for a solution to getting her account back. Hello Aline! Correct, you will want to be running retargeting campaigns for each time frame simultaneously so that you deepen your relationship with your potential customer. For each ad you will want to use different creative with unique messaging that corresponds to their stage in the buying cycle. This is called sequencing. Hope this helps!

Good question! Advertising CBD on Facebook is pretty tricky. Advertisers are allowed to run ads for topical hemp across Facebook. Advertisers can run ads that direct to landing pages that feature ingestible hemp and topical CBD. But the ads cannot specifically feature those products. Facebook is still prohibiting ads for ingestible CBD, including ads that direct to landing pages with those products.
how do i share my campaign ad on my actual business page.... I go to the ad center and its like the ad is just somewhere of in space where i would like to even shaer it myself!!!?!????!
You don't have to have Shopify. Just skip the parts that specifically relate to Shopify (like setting up a Pixel) and swap it out with your preferred e-commerce platform.
Facebook ads master it and become a millionare. Many of our customers who bought a course report they are doing much better with facebook ads than google ads.
We tried to follow this tut, FB pixel setup and testing successful. But conversions ads had zero success, even though pixel show minimal activity, we were looking for some kind of conversion activity. We are wondering if the tag words used in the FB Ads did not match up with any website page code. i.e. PRODUCTS, CART...
I just want to make sure I understand this correctly. In order to get traffic with Facebook ads, you need traffic to begin with. In other words, you can't open your Shopify store on Tuesday and then create a Facebook ad on Wednesday because you've had no traffic yet. You need traffic to create traffic, right?
I have setup a campaign since 9/9/2020, I have selected link clicks because I wanted people to enter my promotion page. The problem is that I am having hundreds of clicks, close to non add to carts and no sales. I am using the carousel as format btw. May I know what could be the issue? Thank you so much.
Could be your landing page. You may need to adjust your site's copy, offer or selling price of your product. Those are only a few of my best guesses, but it's most likely the user experience after they click over to your site, not your ads.

Good question! Advertising CBD on Facebook is pretty tricky. Advertisers are allowed to run ads for topical hemp across Facebook. Advertisers can run ads that direct to landing pages that feature ingestible hemp and topical CBD. But the ads cannot specifically feature those products. Facebook is still prohibiting ads for ingestible CBD, including ads that direct to landing pages with those products.

You don't have to have Shopify. Just skip the parts that specifically relate to Shopify (like setting up a Pixel) and swap it out with your preferred e-commerce platform.
Facebook ads master it and become a millionare. Many of our customers who bought a course report they are doing much better with facebook ads than google ads.
We tried to follow this tut, FB pixel setup and testing successful. But conversions ads had zero success, even though pixel show minimal activity, we were looking for some kind of conversion activity.
We are wondering if the tag words used in the FB Ads did not match up with any website page code.
i.e. PRODUCTS, CART...

I just want to make sure I understand this correctly. In order to get traffic with Facebook ads, you need traffic to begin with. In other words, you can't open your Shopify store on Tuesday and then create a Facebook ad on Wednesday because you've had no traffic yet. You need traffic to create traffic, right?
How did you search to pull up the different ads on FB?
I have setup a campaign since 9/9/2020, I have selected link clicks because I wanted people to enter my promotion page. The problem is that I am having hundreds of clicks, close to non add to carts and no sales. I am using the carousel as format btw. May I know what could be the issue? Thank you so much.
Could be your landing page. You may need to adjust your site's copy, offer or selling price of your product. Those are only a few of my best guesses, but it's most likely the user experience after they click over to your site, not your ads.

I'm having this same issue. Looks like FB has updated the interface since this video went up and now it's not an option. Unless we're missing a button somewhere.
EDIT - Figured it out. Turn on the option Dynamic Creative on the previous page.
