A few years ago, you could barely run new titles at 720P on integrated graphics, the 6800U's Integrated GPU is hopefully the start of an era where you can at least with upscaling have a fine gaming experience. So excited for the time when we can finally play at 1080/60FPS+.

There are much better options at that price ($1250), obviously this is just my opinion, in my country at that price you can get a desktop with I7-10700+16GBram+1TBSsd+GTX1660Super but no monitor included, or a notebook HP Omen with RTX 3060+8GBram+I5-11400H+512GBSsd at $899. Both of those options will not be as portable as this but the experience will be much smoother, and it can become much cheaper if you build it by yourself with some good cared second hand components (talking about a desktop). Sorry for my poor english and thanks for reading.

I’m thinking of getting one, I just got steam deck and I love it, but down the line I wouldn’t mind getting a Win Max 2 as well, the only thing that worries me is the RMA, this isn’t like valve where they send you a pre paid shipping label, with this thing you will have to mail this thing all the way to China and YOU have to pay for it, which costs like $150 bucks, plus it could take months for them to receive it, repair it and send it back to you

it actually works with the 6800U, because it's got enough power to run at 1200p/1600p. And when you don't have enough power, you can set the resolution to 800p, and because the native res (1600p) is a multiple of 800p, you can use integer scaling... so it will look pretty much like native. When you need to do productivity work, you can use the 1600p native resolution and it's gonna be a superior experience... that's how I see it.

It does different things to the Deck really, it's a fully functional laptop and m&k is an option which instantly makes it a more attractive proposition for a lot of PC gamers. Plus you have the benefit of 2 SSD slots, one of which is full length. I have the 1st Win Max (as well as the original Win), after trying the Deck for a good while I decided to wait for the Max 2 as it's more suited to my requirements.

bro i have a 3070ti laptop,and in some of the main menus i just get 60 fps,theres no need for more than that in the main menu(proceeds to get 240 fps in apex's main menu)

Use Riva Statistics Tuner, which is what the Steam Deck implementation is based on. To do this I'd recommend installing MSI Afterburner as it will install this with it. Between the two of them you'll get all the functionality of the Steam Deck and more.
