Good morning, Joe! I’ve got to get going this morning. I’m looking forward to watching this video tonight! I’ve never seen anyone do jerk seasoned pulled ham. Very intriguing!!! 🤔
Good call.. I have a couple reviews on it on my channel bt I'm do for an updated one. I was actually thinking bt that this past weekend. Stay tuned, I'm putting that on the menu💯
I watched all of the way to the end and I’m impressed. I have few thoughts. If I was you, I’d make this the day before the party / dinner. Cooks always get shortchanged on things like this because they’ve been tasting and smelling the meat cook for hours. It’s not going to taste as good to you as it does to someone else who these taste and smell experiences are brand new. I think this has a lot to do with the “it tastes better the next day” idea” It tastes better to YOU, it tastes the same to everyone else who didn’t cook it. I’m making beans for red beans and rice. Can I borrow some of that jerk pulled ham to add to my beans? 😁 Please consider making a follow-up recipe video with red beans or any beans using some of your leftover pulled ham. The leftover glaze mixture would be really good in some mayonnaise based cole slaw to be added to the sandwiches. You might want to reduce it on your stovetop first to remove some of the liquid. Excellent job!!!
Great feedback.. I totally agree with you on the "day after food" especially on big long cooks. I be about done by the end but the next day after it cools and the flavors settle its truly a winner! I also like the idea w some beans... I did put half of this ham in the freezer🤔🤔🤔
Offset cooking time, I love it
Always my favorite thing to cook on
