So after this video I decided to replace the piston kit with a Pro-x piston kit as well as honed the cylinder! COMPLETE STEP BY STEP WALK THROUGH.... th-cam.com/video/N7L7RP-pvis/w-d-xo.html
So a good new piston and rings will be around 3% loss as there is never a perfect seal. So there was a little loss in compression, nothing big BUT, my oil rings were worn and that's why I was seeing the proverbial "Puffs of blue smoke". Here is the piston replacement video walk through I made. Check it out. It's Very Detailed! th-cam.com/video/N7L7RP-pvis/w-d-xo.htmlsi=WdYNZ2gzqhV1NiLJ or desktop th-cam.com/video/N7L7RP-pvis/w-d-xo.html
Leakdown test. Bring the piston to TDC on compression stroke? Hold crank still and use air and gauge to pressurize the cylinder to find out how much blowby. 5% or less is good. Not that hard to understand I didn't think.... I explained everything needed to know including symptoms of engine and why I did a leakdown test to begin with. So the "blah blah blah" was good information. Honestly if can't get the info you needed from this video to know whether you should do a leak down test and follow directions on how to do it, might want to just take your bike to a mechanic. What else did you want to know...?
@toblerorg hey man no one asked you to listen to the channel. I'm not trying to be a jerk or anything but you're coming at me pretty harsh. I'm sorry if you don't know the process of doing a leak down test and if you are also having issues with your bike. But that doesn't give you the right to come at people on the internet that have made a video trying to help other people

@Fixin2Ride-Official- took you 2 mins to say that.. the other 10 of you listening to yourself was unnecessary
