@rmatvmc w/valve cover off, gurgling sound coming from pressurized oil feed circuit (feeds cam joirnals & oil jets) under cam bridge on 2023 GASGAS MC350F (previous gen-style motor) & Tusk gauge reads 16%. No leaks heard from oil filler, radiator, nor on intake or exhaust sides. Possible to pressurize the oil jet circuit & not the crankcase where the clutch is if getting by rings? 14 hours on bike, brand new 366 kit installed & burns some oil when revved, especially when revved again immediately after coming back down near idle. Already changed rings after 1 hour & still no joy, so not that. Valve stem seals or cylinder cast out of round?

Thanks for a very concise, informative video. Would you recommend the leak down test done on a cold or warm engine? Thanks
Perform the leak down test with a cold engine.
I guess the task leakdown test is a new item. 👍
Awesome video great info Charles

If you are trying this on a KTM 500 can you use the engine lock bolt / pin?
Cool Video Keep It Going! 🎉
How do you keep it at TDC? There is too much lash in the drive train for the brake to work?
You can hold the crank still using a breaker bar on the bolt inside the timing cover. We show that process at 2:39 in this video.
