- I think I've finally settled on a thumbnail style. This''ll work fine. What I didn't settle on, though, it's the cap to use for this mission. I capped it three times to get a better run and ended up uploading the one with the lowest score (lack of C-130s, mostly) because it was the most entertaining. Never thought I'd see myself saying score isn't everything, but...
Also Nagase speaks so slowly in the intro I thought I was getting framerate issues. Stop being so smooooooth. - เกม

I love the music in this level. Such a great track. AC5 had some awesome tunes.
Mission itself is also pretty action packed for an AC5 level.
What's strange about Zahrada is that his paint scheme is the paint scheme used in the forced-plane-M2000D that happens in Reprisal.
And it raises one doubt - that aircraft has a unique serial number, 330, rather than Blaze's normal 016. So is that Zahrada's number, or the Osean Capital Air Defense Command's?
No clue. It's... A bizarre detail that doesn't make much sense when you think about it. Like a lot of stuff in AC5, hahaha.
It sure is convenient that Blaze's face is covered up by Chopper's arm in that photo.
Also notice just how much hair he has on his forehead.

Lol honestly yeah because in the video game we were representing Blaze and the creators of the Ace Combat series didn't want to bother drawing a face.. this game should be a Netflix series honestly

This Game seriously deserves an Oscar 🏆. From great story line & sound track it was an ERA that it wasint just about online.
I bet Ace Combat 7 would explore on the space concept. The orbital elevator will have some impact in the game.

I like the music in this mission a lot, and the mission itself actually has some tension to go along with it!
I generally like using SAAMs in this one, helps a lot to deal with the B-2s.
"Mass Driver hit by cruise missile!" Here's a fine example of the game being too scripted at times. :P
It's not even mission scripting here, though - it's just a random, pointless line.
Well the Driver _is_ hit by a cruise missile in the cutscene; it's supposed to segue into it. Whether it works... eh? *shrug*
The game pretty much says "eff you" to the player for the sake of that cutscene, no matter if you're struggling to stop waves of missiles or if you've destroyed all bombers, there's that explosion.

actually those B-2 missiles are much easier to take care if you take down 2-3 B-2s. i tried 2 B-2 but i think you can get 3 B-2 without much effort.
The north and south ones can be killed with some ease, the others are farther away. The problem is the mission because a bit too boring with 2 or more of them down.

AC 5 is a great game but some things do annoy me. Such as each aircraft has one sp weapon and some missions you can’t choose your aircraft or have a very small selection.

No, this is a completely different place. This mass driver is also much bigger.

Both, actually, which has a strange but fantastic effect - it actually widens the player's field of view! Makes it look like a "natural" 16:9 rather than the stretched effect you get on a PS2. Just compare any of my first missions with the F-5E to anyone else's on TH-cam.
