I wish I could play through all the campaigns, coming back to the game after many years is very confusing. I was in the middle of the Osiris campaign with my friends when we stopped playing and now I have no content to play through. Everything I remember about the game has been removed or changed. your videos have helped sort out most of what happened and now I'm not sure if I even want to come back to the game. content I paid for is just gone and there is no way to access it, I feel cheated.
I feel you there. After returning to the game and starting a new game to get the feel of things again it all just felt off. Turned out the original main story campaign of destiny2 has been removed and replaced with a gutted version of the campaign in destiny1 with A LOT of obnoxious mandatory and low quality quests to fill time.
Originally you in destiny1 you wake up in this car graveyard, explore the area, learn the basics, see some lasermines, cool cutscenes, hop onto your ship and enter the hub world of the Traveller.
Now, in Destiny2, you wake up in this car graveyard, somewhat learn the basics, no more lasermines, not many cutscenes, you don't encounter your ship. Instead the area just drags on with mandatory "look around and kill x amount of thisses and thats" before stumbling into a weird "meditation mission" That just has spiked pillars phasing in and out of walls and a broken objective tracker that caused many players to seek help on reddit already.
After realizing what they did I, too, felt cheated, it really feels as if their high quality story campaign with half-assed beta content with re-used assets from their old game. The game I bought is no longer in there.

remember when shadowkeep was out and if you watch to re play or if you a new light you have to go to Amanda holiday and get the red war coo and warmind because they put you straight into the tower
Yep, I remember those days. Bungie has never been good at introducing the game to new players. It's better now, but still needs a lot more work.
doesn't work for me. Literally nothing there. I bought the expansions as a new player this week. Was able to play beyond light, but can't start witch queen. Have the first quest in my featured quest section but it doesn't let me launch and there's nothing on the map anywhere for it
Same. Or so I can tell...feels overwhelming just trying to get things rolling that I clearly bought.
Ive bought all expansions and i cant even fucking play them in game. I get pop ups asking me to buy the crap a second time.

Only a week left and trying to complete the campaigns while theyre free. Got the 3 quests on my hunter but only have beyond light for titan.

Thank you I tried to play the older stuff because I got all the dlc and started playing Cayde fate.. and it was done in 10 minutted😮… I was like… this can’t be it…. So thank you… gonna do what you did in the video

I tried this. No icons to click. I can play Witch Queen, but not Beyond Light or Shadowkeep. Both are checked in steam and it says "owned" on both in Destiny itself. But I can't even land on Europa. Any advice? Thanks.

It’s not there for me in the kiosk. I’m trying to get Xeno but in order to get it you gotta play the campaign. So I’m assuming I never did it since I can’t aquire the gun. When I tried doing the campaign it just takes me back to orbit when i’m done and can’t do the second mission

Should have left all the old content in game, instanced it off, miss running through the first three original dlc

I heard some say play the legend difficulty campaign and in the end I can get exotic items, is that true?
Yeah, you can choose between two of the two new exotic armor pieces. I've finished it on titan so far and there was a stasis helmet or the strand boots.

@@ExaltedRiven The only two campaigns with a legendary version are Witch Queen and Lightfall. If you complete the legendary version of either of these campaigns, you'll get to choose an exotic armor piece reward.

Sounds like it might be bugged out. If its a new character, you could try recreating it.
