If the note gets cut off for anyone at the end, it says *spoilers* that the guests came from the year 2106 and that it is uninhabitable. That they came back in time to warn people and stop the change. Alas, this happened, so they just write the numbers in their blood around the park.
Imagine a sequel or prequel of the world in 2106, and we play as an MC during that period and the plot twist was that our MC was the first Guest at the ending
Love love LOVE this game...brilliant! Thanks for playing! I watched a game you played a few yrs ago, that I've seen another play, but let me tell you, it was a whole nother experience and I was enthralled in a new experience, even tho I've seen the game before... The way you played, your commentary was without a doubt, the reason the game was so much different.... so much more, uh, everything! I appreciate your time to record your time playing these. I want to say: you are an actor, a storyteller, a gamer, and an all around very entertaining talented man! Love from Colorado ❤
SPOILERS the fact that the "antidote" changed to being called analgesic when it was revealed that elaine had been infected the whole time is such a good detail. the whole time, she was just giving herself and others painkillers, which explains why the characters never felt that much better. such a good game!!
I love the amount of detail put into the level design, there's just so many little details in every room and area that really add to the vibe. It just shows that even a game with a low-poly/retro style can still have so much loving attention put into it. Really a fun game to watch!
Agreed! All of my favorite youtubers who used to do longplays now mostly do videos between 15-30 minutes in length, and I hate it, so it's nice when I see long videos like this.
Wow whoever made this game is absolutely brilliant. It was soooo charming. I’m too much of a scaredy cat to play horror games on my own, hence why I love watching let’s plays and this was an absolute delight to watch.
“brilliant and charming” is a hallmark of SFBgames! I love all of their games and am also a scaredy cat so I instead opted to watch this playthrough, and I’m so glad I did, their writing is as clever and full of incredible details as always
It's funny how many actual Atlanta references they put in the game, like Emory (where Crow's degree is from) is an actual medical/hospital group in ATL, such a good touch! Edit: The leaving the oven on line cracked me up😂
I would've happily watched this whole game in one playthrough. Edit... I really liked Mara/Elaine btw, her little quips and animations are adorable. Plus, she's a boss. Not the insufferable Disney "girlboss" kind of boss, the kicks ass and is very likable kind of boss. :)
@@CJUGames Sadly, the contents of the Paper are blocked (for me, at least) by the end card for The Bridge Curse 2 and your logo 😕. Fortunately, someone posted it in the comments, but that's a real, if unavoidable, shame.
@@HolliswoudI was able to get around it by using my thumb to move the video slightly, it makes the end cards disappear and I was able to read it that way.
This was so beautiful. The super long descent down the ladder, felt like going down hell slowly and surely. The gameplay was just... Involving. And secrets were fun to see and uncover.
Awww, I’m sad it’s over. This was fun. Very nostalgic, loved the puzzles, the creepy atmosphere. Thank you for playing this, Chris! It was so enjoyable.
That was superb, Chris; thank you. No improvements of any kind needed, IMO; HOWEVER --- What the hell was written on the little piece of PAPER???!!! No. You're right, I don't want to know. WRONG, this isn't a Stephen King novel about a car with a portal in its trunk, I WANNA KNOW. No, I don't. Never mind. Did any of you notice how Mara's script seemed to have been written especially for Chris? There were times I didn't realize he was reading instead of commenting😄
I though it was funny when a veteran like CJU overthought the lantern/gate puzzle at the end, thinking it was specific lanterns, when it was literally just light the same number of lanterns as the doornumber =P
Much like Another Crab's Treasure is the perfect game for new comers (namely older Kids) for Souls-Like games, I can say Crow Country seems to be the same for the Old-School Survival-Horror genre.
Should of used the silver key in the car boot first. It would of saved a ton of time. Also I wonder what happens if you give the guy in the car the special med kit from the tomb?
I have been thinking about PART 2 of this game all day and I'm so excited to watch the ending! Such a good game! Thanks again! As always enjoyable content!
If you don't kill the Monsters, then they'll continue to group & gang up on you. I know: Survival Horror usually asks you to kill, then be done. But it seems they congregate if you leave them alone!
A really nice game, I love these old-school survival games. I didn't mind the art style at all, it's actually a nice change of pace from the usual PS1-PS2 style graphics ! I would have preferred if you had split this up into 4 one hour-videos tbh, as to space out the fun, but I understand the "not wanting to stop playing" feeling oh so well :)
I like both the very interesting story and plottwist in the end. All given in a very lovely humour. Not so scary bur indeed captivating. Thanks for chosing this one to play. Although the funniest thing was when you happily announced to try the shotgun and immediately run from all the baddies.
oh no dont say ending in title i know that sound greedy to say but i wish this game last 8 hour no joke is that good classic vibe i really hope in future there people making horror game in this style
Wow, I’ll be thinking about this one for a long time! You couldn’t stop playing and I couldn’t stop watching! Thanks for sharing the note at the end also. One of a kind game for sure!
I loved loved LOVED this one!!! It had just the right amount of atmosphere and the story was so intriguing and just kept you wanting more!! Knowing they were from the future gave it a but if cosmic horror which I appreciate! I didn’t want this one to end honestly. Such a wonderful play through! This will def be one to watch again in the future
This game is so fun to watch! Love the puzzles, a bit dark yet sad storyline, with a quite remorseful Mr Crow (I think). Poor Natalie. Also, I think you can use the falling rocks to your advantage to damage the mutated Mr Crow when he lunges? Anyways, awesome closure! Good stuff! 👍👍👍
really glad u played this but i hot so confused by the ending i had to seek it out and it seems u missed some notes oh well! good tubers make others play games themselves haha
There was an interview that the developers made two modes: one while fighting enemies and the other was to enjoy the story. This playthrough was secret mode called Chris mode aka evasive manueveur gameplay
Oh man, this was a fun one - I watched with my roommate on her account (both parts). She said it was a sign of the apocalypse that your vid was over 2 hours and Gab Smoulders was just 20 minutes! Oh, by the way @CJUGames, you need to play Indigo Park - different feel from Crow Country, but I'd love to hear your take on it.
Love this game. I have been watching it all night at work. AND!!!! Holly cow! Just got an add from gamefly. I always thought it went out of business since everything is downloaded.

That would be so fun to watch! Great concept!!
Thanks for this, couldn't read the note because of the giant thumbnails linking to other videos ^^
Thank you for this.
That's so sad. 😭
I thoroughly enjoyed this one. Once I started it was hard to stop.
I'm enjoying it too! Thanks Chris, you've been really spoiling us 💗
Great game!!
If you play this again you should do a secrets hunting, easter egg hunting because I'd watch it in a heartbeat yo yeehaw!
The gameplay reminds me a bit of PE2, which is a good thing. Have you ever played it?

This game had a certain charm to it. I like it. The aesthetics remind of the old PS1 games like the original FF7.
Tolman and Trumble fight like they're going through a divorce
How many of you kept asking yourselves, "Will he ever go back to the parking lot?" :P
It was killing me. 😹
This game turned out to be deeper and better than I was expecting. Thanks
This game has such a creepy, foreboding atmosphere but lightens it all up w some silly little humorous moments, I'll be sad to see this one end!

Aww I'm sad you didn't read the paper from Crow at the end, I was looking forward to your reaction to it's contents.
It's at the very end of the video. It was great to finally make sense of that number :D

I just started and the absolute joy and enthusiasm he has while finding huge weapons is the most wholesome. 😂

Don't forget "well written". Even the idea of using the same text for outro as for saving the game is simply brilliant.
Awww, I’m sad it’s over. This was fun. Very nostalgic, loved the puzzles, the creepy atmosphere.
Thank you for playing this, Chris! It was so enjoyable.
Yay! Another long video for part 2, man your the best! Stupid flame thrower was good for nothing and I was so looking forward to you using it!

This was a lot of fun! Surprised how upset I am about Harrison, honestly. Dude deserved better.
That was really fun! Thank you for playing, CJU!
I am so glad you ended up playing this, I waited and held off on watching other streamers in hopes of watching it on your channel!
Omg I was just looking for something to watch, perfect timing! Excited to see how the rest of this plays out 🤘🏻
Kinda wish you could have shown all the slides for the "Guests", would have enjoyed learning more about them!
yeah same here. had to look up another lets play to see what they said. Chris is in too much of a hurry. he seriously needs to slow down some.
Love this Game so far man. It did evolve to be like one of my favorite ones cuz of the vibes !!!! Loved the 1st part and gonna watch this. ❤
Yayyy! This just made my day..I love
this game & I was anxiously waiting for part 2 lol. Your long videos are the besti

It’s funny that after I saw him going down that long ladder I thought of the ladder in metal gear solid 3 with the song as you climbed
You never really did get much use out of that flamethrower you didn't upgrade.
Not the ending already! But a nice and long one! Thanks Chris you're the best~☆

Great story and protag.
Omg that was an awesome and enjoyable game I loved it
really impressed with this game
Great game, enjoyed it 👍
The only downside to this is that there's no more to play after this point.
Idk why but that one particular song that plays a lot in this game, really reminds me of the Majula theme in Dark Souls 2
