Truth!!! He's already playing the '57 reissue Stratocaster that he'd use on Siamese Dream at this point-- the one that was painted silver with bat stickers. These later '92 gigs really show that he's over the Gish era.
I've seen the Pumpkins a number of times in the 90's-basically all in the early 1990s ..he used to wear a dress a few times I saw them Of note.....I actually saw them in 1988 too..they opened up for Janes Addiction..still have my ticket..:-)
Dr. Copperpot has done it again -- what an unbelievable show and the quality of this vid is amazing. This should be required viewing in every jr. high music class in the world.
Yeah there are moments of this show that are just brutal. It's so heavy. The intensity of the show is so high it's verging on uncomfortable, like a band that knows it might be playing one of its last shows or something.
This version of Hummer is fucking great. Thank god they made it through this tough period & created a classic that changed my life forever.

It's great hearing siamese dream songs being played with the Gish-era gear. So heavy. Love it

Janes opener '88? Holy crap. Saw Janes in 1990 in LA; freakin' great show, with Christmas lights behind Dave's amazing guitar work. Remember?

This has to be one of the most epic live shows I've ever seen.

@@BlackHoleAtron they thought it was one of them... Billy’s depression, James and Darcy’s argument, Jimmy’s drug addiction
@@BlackHoleAtron It sounds like the band that made Gish performing the songs of Siamese Dream.
Amazing. Sad that the band doesn't test new material like this anymore
Amazing :)
Blown away with Hummer and Starla 😊
Wow, imo they're even playing better here than in their future lives...
GREAT STUFF...AT THEIR BEST😀
You are a superhero
I was there. Yeah!!😃👍
Very jealous!

Yeah! I'd like to know what the deal was with Alice Cooper. Playing the same place? The same city? Said something derogatory in the press?
nothing in current music touches this....except my band maybe ;)
I like the arrangement of suicide kiss more than Geek USA , but geek USA is still better
slunk ☹️
They seem like pleasant young people. Haha...just kidding. Love their talent. A bit too much angst.
Why F Alice Cooper?
I used to like Billy and all, but he's awfully thin-skinned sometimes.
