Wow! just finished watching your video and I am speechless, it was amazing. Italy is my favorite country in the world and is where I got married and now I love it even more after this video. Can't wait to go and start exploring the area of Prosecco Hills..
I am just beginning my wine journey and this was the best wine content I have seen so far. I am sure I will go on this journey with your content. Thank you a lot. Huge respect
Your content is amazing! Great job. You deserve a lot more views. I live in Italy in the Veneto region and I absolutely agree with you that people should visit this region more. The only critique I have is that you could practice the pronunciation of the Italian words 😉 Thanks for sharing this amazing experience with everyone. Salute! 🍾🥂🍷
Thank you for posting this video, I appreciate it. I love this video I enjoyed it, I would love to visit Italy. Your videos are lovely, informative and entertaining, thank you so much. Be safe, healthy and happy. God bless you 🙏.
Great video, I really enjoyed it. Prosecco is somewhat underrated by some wine lovers and you gave it the right respect. Looking forward to watch your other videos on the channel. Cheers from Israel🍷
It absolutely gets a bad rap, and that's usually because people have only tried the large, mass exported brands. Glad we could shed some light on the higher quality stuff!
What an inspiring video material in terms of both Prosecco and Italy. As a bartender on the beginning of my journey let me express my gratitude and excitement about the educational and enjoyable experience that you provided us with. Can't wait to explore Italy and DOC wines on my own with the locals. Cheers sir
Great video, wonderful pictures and funny too! Really appreciated it. I live 15 km from Valdobbiadene and You’ ve described all prosecco terroir in an eccellent way. Thank you for showing to all our beautiful and marvellous areas. Have a nice “Spritz”. (Just an advice: be careful with Grappa and coffee, 😉😄)
Thank you so much! The fact that a local thinks I did the region justice is a great compliment! We had so much fun filming episode. If you liked this, please consider checking out our other episodes when you have time. Cheers!!!
Another great video/episode Vince. Man was it super educational too. Really enjoyed it and learned a lot about prosecco. We've been enjoying prosecco for some time. Looked like you had a blast too. Looking forward to more vids/episodes. Again, keep up the great work! Salud!

Very nicely done. Please note that many times the word drank was used in the video, when it was correct to say drunk. For example. I drank the wine (correct). He drank the wine (correct). This is the region when this type of wine is drunk (not drank). If the grammar has changed on this please forgive me. (People often make the same mistake with went and gone, by the way.)
Hi Vince, I live in the Netherlands, and despite living on the other side of the Atlantic I feel like we are not getting good price quality with our Prosecco's either. I work in the wine business in a wine store, thus I am always very critical of what we provide and what competitors provide. Most prosecco that is consumed comes from supermarkets around the 6 to 9 euro mark, however in specialty stores this goes up to around the 15 euro mark. Now here is the thing, the quality of bubbles that I can get from my own store (or a competitor in that sense) for at the same price point is much higher if I do not go for prosecco (we have great cremants and sekt for that price). Now I am not an expert on prosecco, and I do realize that production wise and taste wise a completely different product, but I'm curious to see what you think about the price/quality of prosecco's in general? My guess would be that prosecco has been very expertly been marketed and that it is an "easier" wine for wine consumers to understand (because of it's less dry caracter). Would love to hear what you think about this (I'm not stating in any way that I hate prosecco btw), just discovered you channel and I love the informative videos and great production.
Yes, because there is SO MUCH Prosecco produced, it just floods the shelves. Prosecco is one of the most produced sparkers in the world, so tons of below average product makes it to stores and it rides on "name" rather than quality. Whereas Sekt is made in small quantities, and most of it is pretty solid. There are great Proseccos out there, but I agree, they're tougher to find. Glad to have you on board from the Netherlands!
@@visforvino Glad to see you reply to my comment Vince! After this video I did a wine tasting and decided to do a comparison between a mass produced Prosecco (8 euro) and a small producer, single vineyard Prosecco (25 euro). Huge difference not only in quality but also in style, really tasted the winemaker's intention much better. Thank you for giving me an incentive to give top quality Prosecco a chance.
Amazing! It’s called Ristorante da Gigetto! I have all the things we visit in the episode and some additional recommendations this episodes page on our website if you’d like to check it out. Have fun on your trip!!

Prosecco, in a word. Marketing! Enjoy! Cheers mates!!
In America especially. Hoping we can move away from bulk Prosecco and get more of the good stuff imported into the US!
That would be smashing! Cheers mate!!

Please interview Kelley Fox from Kelley Fox Wines in Oregon. We love her wines.
Something I will add to the wish list! I hope I can get back to Oregon soon!
You do not need to swirl the glass when smelling prosecco or champagne. The bubbles will bring the smell out of the wine.
What is the name of the restaurant you ate at (where she had her wedding reception). Going in May would love to check it out. Gracia

Yes, it is troubling the incorrect use of "to drink" in this video. (I have long noticed folks doing that with went vs. gone.)
