I noticed at the 2:30 min mark (also at 4 min), you mention having type the field name in. Did you know that you can actually click on the vertical blue bar on the left to reveal the list of column names? When you click on a name, it is automatically saved to your clipboard so you'll just paste it into the File Name field.
I have one concern/fear using this method - if Autocrat were to suddenly disappear/withdraw their apps/banned/etc, Id be up a creek without a paddle. Do you have alternative, more secure (or offline) suggestions?

the video was wonderful when I was using your exact label template but had to get smaller labels (Avery 1569) and made a complete mess trying to change the template. Where are your videos on how you're getting all these templates that you so easily inputting and pulling info from??
The templates require a ton of trial & error testing. I start with the MS Word one from Avery's website & convert to Google Docs. Then I just start merging, printing, changing margins, font, & column width over & over & over & over until finally it prints correctly.

I have added a column to my test Google sheet to run the merge with the Not Null feature so I don't have to run 900 past entries that were created manually. I just want to start running data as of May 1st. That works great too and is doing what I need it to do. I am nervous however that manually adding a column (in my live/official version) in the sheet will mess everything up. I am not very experienced with Google Drive and definitely new to AutoCrat. I guess the question is, can I add a column to the sheet without it affecting the data pulling from the form?
I don't think so since the pictures from the form don't live on the spreadsheet -- they are sent to a unique folder on Drive. Data must be on the spreadsheet to be merge-able
This is a great tutorial video! Thanks for posting. I have a .png image in my template doc, but when I run the mail merge the outputted docs have broken image links which show up as a white rectangle with a question mark inside. Any thoughts on how to resolve?

Should be of type: String when I try to merge Solution: Change TimeZone(File -> Spreadsheet setting) to others and change back Delete all data in any columns that AutoCrat created in the Spreadsheet file Run again, It works well for me!

I would just create 2 separate "jobs" (run it twice). I don't think you can export to PDF and Slides at the same time. But if you merge your slides as one full slide deck you can also just File > Download as PDF to save the slides as a PDF

Can we attach extra PDF through Autocrat?

Autocrat only sends 100 emails per day with personal files attached. How can this be changed?

So far I know Autocrats allows 1 header row, but how many columns of data can I merge? I can only merge 4 columns, am I doing it right?
I'm not aware of a specific column limit. I've merged using well over 4 though
