I have a google sheet that has over 600 entries. When I run autocrat, it says that it's doing 100 merge documents. So after that I just run it again? I tried to run it 6 times in a row and that just seemed to bog things up.
if i want to make that email feedback, triggered by approvals on sheet? example i have confirmation row in F row ("Approved") then feedback is sent to their mails respectively, if type ("Rejected") in F rows, the mails feedback will not be send.
In Autocrat you can actually set up Merge Conditions within Autocrat that allow you to send out emails or create documents based on specific information in the different cells. It is called Autocrat Merge Conditions when you run the extension
Can we use conditional formatting in Autocrat. Meaning if I had conditional formatting in one fo the google sheet columns, can this be reflected on the report in Autocrat?
Hi! Your tutorial really helps. Does autocrat can automatically filled up the same merge file from multiply answer from the form? Since i'm making a timesheet, i want to collect a monthly data. So, each person can check there timesheet in 1 pdf. Do you know how to do that?
If you have people fill out checkboxes on a form, then use Autocrat to create a doc, those checkboxes will all transfer over as one cell. There is no way to separate out the info from that one cell of the spreadsheet to separate sections of a doc or PDF. You will need to make the questions multiple choice if you need to separate out the info in your doc.
Thank you SO much for this. This WILL change my life!

Yes the Google Sheet formatting can still function within the Google Sheet, the data is what is pulled to Autocrat.
Did you ever create a video to explain dynamic folder reference?

Hello my friend, do you have an explanation for adding images in Autocrat?
This is a really good question. Not sure autocrat has the ability to add images.
