Great video, lots of great tips. I just got my Pixel 6 and I cannot figure out to get my media player controls in the Quick Settings dropdown. At 18:15 it looks like you have it activated on your phone. I go to Settings > Sound & Vibration > Media and it gives me options for "Pin media player" and "Show media recommendations". I have both toggled on, but the media player is nowhere to be found. Not in Quick Settings, not on the Lock Screen. Have you had any issues with this? Thanks for the great content!
Thanks bro if you are listening to Spotify or SoundCloud for example . Press pause and then swipe to go home .. then pull the notification panel down and it should be there
@@CButler I figured it out man. It has to do with notification settings! One thing I'm still getting used to from switching over from iOS is how robust the notifications are. It's really incredible how deep you can customize, but slightly overwhelming too. Apparently the embedded music controls are considered a notification. Now it shows up permanently when I swipe down for quick settings, but also on my Lock Screen. It appears that it behaves a little differently depending on the app. Thanks for the response, really appreciate it.

Yes in the Google photos app under utilities it's called locked folder
